Salesman Cesar was great communicator with estimate and payment. Repair for $1461 came with 1 yr warranty it lasted 5 months told now it’s a new leak but water leaks through exact same spot, now wants another $900 to do more repair, cannot get Cesar to return my calls said when he has time! I’m certain if it was new customer he be on that phone completing sale! He must be a magician because he’s really vanished for me! Ladies who pick up phone in office (Hannah and Terry) were super nice!

I had a new roof put in by Aabco less then 8 years ago. I since have had 3 leaks. It seems ABC took over their assets but not their warranties. I had a 13 year warranty, not a respectable way of doing business.

I’m not one to complain about services especially local companies, however we are very unhappy with the way the roof looks. After many conversations we had the owner came out and he agreed it does look bad but said there’s nothing they can do.

They did a great job. ABC put a new tile roof on our home and flat roof on our patio early in 1902, so this original flat roof really outlived the normal lifespan for this type of roof. The tile roof is fine. This company is very reliable and stands behind their work.

I got 3-4 pre estimates from different roofing company on my roof leak and I chose ABC roofing to fix it because of their affordable prices and they do not require 50% non refundable deposit. My experience with ABC roofing was excellent. I feel satisfied and happy with their service,their workers are efficient. I highly recommend it to everybody.

Received an estimate in a timely manner and they were helpful when dealing with my insurance company's conditions on what needed to be done. The company was highly recommended; however, our experience overall was not good. Main problem was with communication. The work crew did not show up on the day work was scheduled, and we received no call. The next day they did not show up again. Calls to the office were not returned. Once we got in touch with the office, we were told that the crew had not gotten to a number of jobs and that they would likely arrive that afternoon or the next day. They arrived not long after I spoke with the office that day - I guess the backlog suddenly cleared up. Once onsite, the crew did the work but was unresponsive to my wife's attempts to speak with them. The crew finished the work for the day and just left. Now, I understand there can sometimes be language issues; however, a good company ensures its customers are kept informed of the status of work and are given an opportunity to discuss what is being done (and any issues they may see). Neither the work crew nor the office communicated the status of the work. The poor communication would have simply been irritating if there were not issues noted that required ABC's attention. When the pool screen was pulled back from the damaged roof area, the fascia board to the left of the main problem area had clear rotted spots. Although our contract says ABC would "install new 2x8 fascia board" these damaged areas were not replaced. I called the office and notified them of the additional work that was necessary, and even stated that we could discuss whether or not the needed work was covered in the original contract. I just wanted the repair completed. I was told that the work crew would be notified and would take a look at the area. We were not at home when the crew returned to complete the initial work they had started (valley repair and replace the tile). They did not do any additional work or contact us about the rotten fascia board. The next contact we had from ABC was an e-mail invoice that stated "Please be advised that roof repairs have been completed...Payment is now due in full." No communication regarding the work that still needed to be done. Rather than continue the frustration of attempting to work with this company, I am paying the invoice and getting another company to complete the work. My advice to those shopping for a roofing company - be aware of the comments in this and other reviews that relate an awful communication experience with ABC. I would choose a company that does good work AND communicates with its customers, showing some level of concern for their time and satisfaction with the work. Good luck.

I needed to contact a roof company to repair a roof leak at my house and I looked so many companies online and through the magazines I get each week and after seeing all the reviews through google, yelp , angie list, etc. I decided to call ABC Roofing what a great decision I did – very professional from the guy (I believe his name is Max ) who gave me the estimate with photos and detail explanation , through the job and after. Two weeks the told me that the job was going be done and two weeks took to finish it. I highly recommend ABC for any roofing needs

We did 4 roofs with this company as we have 4 townhouse together. They strip all the roofs got 2 done and 4 months later we are still waiting for tile to finish the job. My roof had a bad leak in the bathroom because the seal did not hold up. I could not get anyone from the office on Sat as they are closed. It was calling for storms so I had to have it tarped and blowers brought in, They resealed monday and told me they are not paying the 1500 for the tarp because i should have waited to talk to them. Hanna their secretary is now of the rudest, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. If I do not pay them they will probably put a lien on my house so I will need to hire an attorney to get this settled. My roof is sitting with sacks of tiles for 2 weeks now.

For not much more than what the other company wanted to do the repairs, ABC did repairs and installed a silicone coating on our flat roof. They worked efficiently and cleanly. Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant, from the office staff to the roofers themselves. Hopefully, we'll avoid further leaks in the flat roof for an extended period - their warranty is 4 years but online posters apparently have seen longer life with this silicone process.

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received from ABC Roofing. The job took 5 months to complete and they were not responsive to my contacts with them. I cannot evaluate the quality of the actual roof replacement since I do not have the skills to do that with. In February I signed a contract with ABC Roofing for a $32,000 total roof replacement. I was told they could start the job in 4-6 weeks. It wasn't until June that they started the job. In between February and June I continued to have water damage to my ceilings. ABC Roofing kept blaming the start delay on their busy schedule or the weather. The roof replacement was not finished until August. From initial deposit to finished roof the replacement took 5 months. I felt ABC Roofing had too many jobs going on at once and therefore was not able to complete my job in a timely manner. During the job I had several pigmy date palm branches as well as portions my lawn that were killed due to what was placed on top of them by ABC Roofing. Also during the hot mop stage some tar got onto several surfaces it should not have. It took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to ABC Roofing to get them to send someone out to clean up the mess. Their response was their busy schedule kept them from coming sooner. I would not use ABC Roofing again nor would I recommend them to someone else.

I called several roofing companies on Angie’s list and ABC was the only one who accepted to fix my roof. Other companies passed on the job because it was so small but ABC was responsive. They came on time and their price was fair. Hector advised when he was going to have his crew fix my roof and he kept his word. The office is responsive and Hana helped with everything I needed.
