They had my mini split AC blowing cold in no time. 4 stars because I was expecting a free estimate but instead they put refrigerant in and then said it was $600. I didn't really have a choice because it was already done

Abest installed a brand new 2 ton carrier furnace on 12/2022. The unit cost me $2500. Within 3 days there was a motor failure. I asked Jared (manager) why that would happen with a brand new unit. I even clarified that it was new unit right? He knew I was concerned about this happening so quickly. He reassured me yes it is new, everything would be fine with it. Now 5/2022, after several problems with the furnace, the compressor went out on my condenser. Abest recommended last summer that I spend over $500 on maintenance items, because it is in good shape, so I did. Now they say it is old and should have been replaced a while ago! While getting several quotes from other companies for a new condenser I was informed that my furnace is a 2015 (not new!), and it was installed without a filter bed! I constantly asked them for my warranty information and receipts. They never sent them and now I know why. This company is lying and deceiving their customers! I have tried calling Jared and the owner (Tammy)Neither one will return my calls! I will be taking them to court! Enclosed is a photo of the 2015 unit they installed.

I called to get a quote on a furnace replacement on a 40 year old furnace. Jarred came out and looked it over and talked to me about my financial situation and went above and beyond to help me out. He even had a technician come out to see if it could just be repaired to save me some money. It could have been repaired for less, but because of the age of the old unit and their great customer service, I decided to go ahead and replace the whole unit. Not only was the experience great, they also cost less than the other businesses that I called. I would highly recommend using A Best!

I worked as their web/SEO provider in 9/2018 - 12/2018. They agreed to terms of $X,XXX. I fulfilled my duties above and beyond and when it was time to pay they gave me every excuse in the book as to why the couldn't pay and even after I tried to work out a payment plan the Owners (Mr. and Mrs. Green) started to avoid my calls. I would NOT recommend "A Best Air & Heat" and as it stands their word is not to be trusted. Their remaining balance as agreed is $7,000 (reduced due to their financial hardship).

Kenneth Green did the work. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did not do things I didn't need - I'd bring up something and he'd say it looked good to him - "don't worry about it". I recommend them to anyone. When replacing our units, I will look to them first.

They routed up here and I signed for a Silver Membership; On Oct 18, 2017 they came and did the tune up and checking of the Air Conditioning Unit, And then the next service was supposed to be sometime this year around March or April, but they haven't contacted me yet for this year's schedule of service. I will be contacting them directly for a scheduled of AC Tune up and Check again.

The technician tried to sell me a service/maintenance plan but did not push when I said no. We have two units so had purchased two offers through the list. They worked extremely quickly and were done faster than any clean & check I have ever had on a furnace. I wondered about their thoroughness but otherwise was satisfied.

Golden (yes, that's his name.) was my repair technician. This was the second time he's been out for me. The first time was for a diagnostic, this time there were serious issues. He was very professional and prompt. Definitely would recommend.

Great! This company is awesome for customer service. And the technician who came out was 110% thorough. I felt bad for him out in the severe heat, but he never cut corners and performed all his checks, plus took the time to talk to us about a concern with one unit.

Late showing up, Left natural gas line loose. Was blowing gas into my house for a week and a half before it was discovered. Gas line improperly installed. Asked to use my shop then took it with them when they left. Took 2 weeks to get it back. They still have the attachments.

The jury is still out. <br /> I made an appointment on Saturday May 8th from 11-1.  I blocked out a 4 hour window from 10:30 - 2:30 in case the tech was early, or needed to work late.  At 1:15, still no tech.  I call their office, and spoke with Charlene.  I mentioned that I have not heard anything, and inquired as to when the tech would arrive. She put me on hold, and he did not answer.  She said that she will call me back.  After 10 minutes later, she called me at 1:25 she called me and said he was finishing up and would be on his way.  My inquiry to her was why didn't someone call me to advise he was running behind?   The same excuses, emergency phone calls, and office staff shortage.  I asked about receiving a discount, and got 10 dollars off.  Better than nothing. <br /> Anyways, the tech finally showed up after 2 p.m.   He was a pretty nice guy, and apologized for running late.  While I can understand that they may run late, the customer service is lacking for this company. <br />

It was amazing!

The service was excellent. I would highly recommend them. The pricing was also good. They are very efficient and very nice people to work with. They were just very professional and everything has been working well. When I did have a problem, they were quick to respond. It wasn't even a problem. It was just I needed to reset something after an electrical outage. They called my right back and told me what to do. They have very good service and I have been using them for a very long time.
