They are very thorogh especially in the bathroom area. There was some difficulty with the mopping of my laminate floors, but it was resolved quickly.

Joe and his wife Laura have been cleaning our home for more than 1 year now. They have been fantastic, reliable and thorough. If some area of the house needs special attention, they take care of it with a smile. Totally recommend their services. They are not only professionals but a pleasure to work with.

Maids are very thorough. And the price competitive. My only complaint is that getting a time set for them to come is always a negotiation. On the other hand, they are very flexible in accommodating our needs.

Joe and his staff have been cleaning my home for several months now.  He makes it easy to schedule a cleaning date and always shows up on time.  I love coming home to a clean house after he has been here.  If I leave  a note with a special request, it is always completed as requested.  Top notch service! <br />

I was looking for a housecleaning company and interviewed several. I did not like the ones I talked to until I contacted Joe Lopez through Angies List. He gave me an estimate over the phone. He has been  in this business for many years. They arrived at my home and spent a whole afternoon cleaning and I do not have a large home. It is a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath. I was happy with the time they took to really clean so well. They had to come back and finish the outside of my windows on another day which was fine with me. Just the window cleaning on the inside made a huge difference. I hired them to come and clean every other week. I believe I am getting a very good clean for the price I am paying. Joe is very trustworthy. <br /> <br />

Joe and his wife were fantastic!  This was our first time to use them.  They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way as I had requested.  They brought everything they needed and cleaned my house from top to bottom.  They even cleaned the inside of the microwave.  Everything was spotless.  I have asked other cleaning services to use a dust mop under my bed because we have concrete floors throughout and no one has ever done it, that is except for Joe and his wife.  They truly did a wonderful job and were very professional.  We plan on using them every two weeks from this point forward.  Joe even provided us with references so we would feel comfortable giving him a key to our home.  I definitely would recommend them if you want a great cleaning job at a great price! <br />

They have been providing housekeeping services bi-weekly for three plus years.  Service is reliable and flexible.  If I need to switch my scheduled date, they have always accommodated my needs. If I need any special services, I just need to ask.  I have used them on at least one occasion for additional services, i.e. for a small additional fee, they completely cleaned the refrigerator/freezer including washing all shelves and drawers. <br />

Everything went well. I was very pleased. He, his wife, and a third person concentrated on the work and were professional. They cleaned very well.

They always arrive on-time or within 15 minutes of scheduled time. It takes 3 people about 3 hours to complete the cleaning. Very nice crew.

With only an OK initial service, unfortunately, I think they got busy and things went quickly downhill. They missed some times, didn't return calls, and --frankly--on the days that Rita wasn't with them, the job was sloppy. Some days, I couldn't really tell they'd cleaned. And they NEVER did anything extra or wiped down furniture or anything. I had to ask them to clean the sliding glass doors the only two times they did them. Even when she was, it was very basic, light cleaning. We kept thinking we'd look for someone else, but we're very busy. Then last month we needed to cancel a cleaning b/c we had to go out of town suddenly and we called when we got back, but they never returned the call. We were unhappy with them anyway and had accepted poor performance because we're so busy. They're nice people and we felt bad, but after the first few cleanings, they really did a lousy job.

Team arrived promptly, cleaned house and left at the time specified. However... the windows (someone they hired out) were still dirty where the screens were (the man was supposed to remove and clean everything inside and out). I spotted the dirt on nearly every window. They did go back and reclean them after I pointed it out. Also, they don't clean your baseboards unless you specify and pay extra. Doesn't make a really great impression if your floor is clean and the baseboards are filthy. He did tell me this when I spoke with him on the phone initially. I asked them to go back and clean the baseboards specifically in several areas once they were finished with the floor. Very nice people, very professional ... I just got the impression they were doing much more of a surface clean than the deep clean I had specified and was expecting. They were happy to go back and reclean any of the areas I pointed out, but I really didn't have the time to go through the entire house top to bottom myself ... that's why I hired them.

Called and asked the cost to clean the house "top to bottom". Was quoted $150 for the cleaning and $150 for the windows including the screens. This seemed a little steep buy wanted a through job done. The windows were done very well but the screens were all screwed on so were not cleaned. The cleaning was fair but the dusting was hit and miss. Not much over eye level was touched. VERY disappointed at the over all job.

I have been using this company for a few months. If you're looking for someone that just vacuums then these are your guys! They vacuum and dust around things but they don?t straighten up (i.e. they don't fold blankets on a couch put a dirty dish in the dishwasher.) They also don't pickup anything to dust!!! Too bad Joe seems like a nice guy. I think I would rather spend a little more and have a clean house.

They were a little late because of another job, but otherwise things went extremely well.

Went very well. There were a couple of things they don't routinely do, but can do if you ask.
