A best dry waterproofing

Went very well until recent heavy rain .After heavy rain I noticed a puddle of water where the concrete had been put in over the French drain .I called the owner and he said he would come out this week ,well it's the end of this week and no call or visit ! I am a man of my word ,when i tell someone i'm going to do something I never fail to do it .I paid over $10,000 CASH when work was complete ,I expect people to do the right thing ,I'm still waiting on the call or a visit none has come so far .Very disappointed George Mitchell .If you don't keep your word ,what does that say about you ?

I had a great experience. I was selling a property and the buyer's inspection turned up structural issues. I needed reinforcement of existing piers, new piers and waterproofing. Alirio wasmcommunicative and came up with a thorough plan to remedy the issue. I obtained three quotes and his was very competitive. Will definitely use in the future when the need arises.

We freaked out when we first saw the water coming into our basement and called the first companies we could think of (Bigger companies that you hear on the radio). The first one could not get out to even look and give a quote for 2 weeks. The second was 3 weeks. After a couple of days of calming down, we called a company that looked good, would fix the leak, and not make a major production of trying to repair the foundation. After 2 tries, they would not call back. Based on the ratings on Angie's List, we called A Best Dry Waterproofing. It looked like they would do about the same as the one that would not call back. Well holy cow!! Not only did he call back, but within 1 (one !!) week he had come out, given a quote, and had it fixed. Everything was done from outside, no major foundation work, no cutting troughs inside the basement. If the big names cannot even get out to give a quote for 2 or 3 weeks, how long would it take to actually fix it? Every time it rains, water would run in and waiting weeks or months was just aggravating and stressful. I would definitely use them again, but hopefully won't need to. If you don't want to watch your basement flood every time it rains while waiting for someone that is too busy to even give a quote, do yourself a favor and at least let them provide a quote.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner

It couldn't have gone better. I called on a Tuesday, had an estimate Friday, and work started Monday and was completed that day. The team was professional, prompt, and very informative. They fixed my existing French drain and repiped it to run down the side of the house and out the back. They added another drain to the area that collects a lot of water as well as laid concrete to my front porch to prevent water entry. They made sure my gutter drains were clear and hooked up to drain away from the home. It was all done quick and efficiently and when they were done, they cleaned up and explained all they did. Amazing. I will definitely be using them for other services.

It could not have gone better, they arrived when they said they would, did an outstanding job and left teh site looking just as clen as befor ethey had come. I can't recommend tehm enough.

Job performed very well

These guys are spectacular! I called Friday and Luis was here Monday to give an estimate on different options. He was extremely friendly and professional. We scheduled the service for that Thursday. I ended up changing my mind three times on whether to encapsulate or not. ( had to talk to my pest service/ hvac first) I called and asked if we could hold off until I got more information from the other providers. They were very accommodating during my moments of indecisiveness and didn't judge me for that. They came out the following week on Thursday expecting two full days of work. They finished Thursday night. Mr. Alirio is the owner and was here working hard with his crew. He even came out to the front yard when I was blowing leaves and grabbed his backpack blower and blew all my leaves in the front yard! These are hardworking, big hearted people! I was so impressed that I asked for an estimate of other services before they left and will definitely be using Mr. Alirio again.

We needed a new vapor barrier in our crawl space and our vents sealed. They cleaned out the entire crawl space and replaced our vapor barrier. We were also having issues with some of our crawl space vents allowing small animals in and out of the crawl space. A Best Dry Waterproofing quoted us significantly less than a competitor and began work immediately. The work took about two days and they gave us updates on their progress and stressed that our satisfaction was their only concern - I must have heard this from them at least 5 times. After they wrapped up the job at our house and headed to another job I had another specific question that required they be at my house. This was about 7:30 in the evening and they insisted on stopping by after they finished their previous job that evening to make sure that I had the answers I was looking for. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of similar work.

Knew I've needed to do something about moisture problems in my crawl space. Alirio and Luis were great! Explained how they could solve the problems with water seeping into crawl space. They worked hard as anything, and installed drainage trenches around all the walls in the crawl space, added piping and covered with gravel. Then ran a drain out, ending several feet away from the house with a pop up drain. Then finished with plastic sheeting covering the entire crawl space. I had to wait about four weeks to get a HUGE downpour, so I could check the results. Went down there after the rain stopped, and very thing dry as could be. While it's only been a short time, this looks good to go! In fact, this comes with a ten year written warranty!!! Who gives that nowadays? Well, Alirio does!! And it was a pleasure to work directly with Luis, who assists Alirio. I recommended them to my neighborhood website, and I recommend them to Angie's List members! Very satisfied!!

It went well. The crew had to repair the leak from the outside in. The crew had to dig a trench on the exterior to waterproof the outside and then, repair the basement on the inside.

A best dry Waterproofing did an excellent job.  The were very prompt and professional and were able to complete the job quickly.

I called Luis about a tree in the front of our house that had gotten out of hand having branches everywhere and hanging out in the street. He was able to work with me to keep me within my budget and within an hour, the team was at the house working. They did an excellent job of trimming the huge tree in a very timely manner. Cut up all the branches into smaller pieces and piled neatly at the curb for pickup. They are honest and very professional. I called for tree cutting but I'm pleased to know they do a lot more. I will definitely use their services again.

I am absolutely impressed to the gentleman who came out the same day,explained what my coupon covered for the crawlspace and recommended services-there was no pressure for the recommendations. I scheduled the service within 48hrs and was then greeted by another gentleman who called to tell me it was complete. When I got home my crawl space was AMAZING CLEAN-I hadnt been in it ever,but I may have attempted to go in as in the past when I looked in there it looked very scary. Alirio was very punctual and professional. He did everything he said he would and more. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I needed to. He built humidity banks in my basement, and lined with a water vapor barrier, also treated basement for mold, installed a storm door (even touched up paint on it for me!), fixed a drain spout, cleaned my gutters and built a drain off the sunporch to discourage water run off near the house. Alirio is both owner and operator of A Best Dry Waterproofing.  This guy does far more beyond just waterproofing as I've found out having utilized his services over the past 4 months.  I initially contacted him through a neighbor's referral, to replace some gutters on my home, and resolve an unidentifiable leak in my basement foundation.  Though not a furnace repair technician, he even identified a problem and provided the resolution with a non-responsive condensate pump, that even 2 onsite technicians couldn't seem to resolve.  Even they were impressed, and still charged me the service call.  Having seen Alirio's capabilities, I asked if he could fix other problems in my 33+ year home, related to electrical and plumbing..both of which he could, and did.  I had a plumbing company visit to fix a problem with a disposal drain that kept backing up, to which I was told I'd have to replace the disposal.  Disposal appeared to be working fine to me, but plumber insisted that it was the culprit.  Actually, it was ultimately the drain that wasn't correct, and Alirio redid some PVC plumbing which fixed the problem at significantly less cost vs replacing what was a working disposal unit and would not have resolved the problem.  Most recently, Alirio built a custom fireplace mantel and tile surround for my family room, plus some wood flooring installation.  Though he had never built a fireplace mantel before, he was able to create a beautiful showpiece in the room, simply by looking at some example photographs I had provided him with.  It was amazing work.  Overall, Alirio's work is as impressive as he is.  He is extremely dependable, honest, dedicated, reasonably priced, keeps his appointments, and makes sure the job is done to the best of his ability.  He is my family's go to guy for handyman projects. <br />

I called on A Best Dry Waterproofing recently on a rainy Saturday afternoon as water was coming into my living room Other companies informed me they would not be able to come until Monday. Mr. Echevarria came that afternoon and immediately diagnosed the source of the problem. He and his crew came the next day and worked diligently taking the necessary steps to correct the seepage problem. They did a great job and left the work site spotless.
