They sent an employee to clean and seal the grout in my kitchen and bathrooms on a Saturday morning. They made it worse! They did a terrible job. They sent someone back three Saturdays later. That employee was 2 hours late. He cleaned the grout and it looks better but he didn't seal it which I paid for.
