I could not be happier with Rodney Dyson, the quality of his work, and his professionalism. When my mom needed to sell her home, and because I live out of state, I decided to join Angie's List. I searched the lists for the kind of work I needed completed and came away with three or four candidates. My interviews were conducted over the telephone. Able Seamless Guttering was the least expensive quote I received. I tend never to hire the least expensive, but I was impressed with Rodney Dyson's matter-of-fact honesty. I did fly out to my mother's house in Moore and met Rodney and his crew. They arrived very early in the morning on a very hot July summer day! Whereas I had expected to have to replace all of my mom's guttering (on a 2200-sq ft home with full wrap guttering on all sides of the house), Rodney told me the gutters were in good condition. He would remove them, make repairs, and re-install them. The cost? $400! I was completely blown away. They came and removed the gutters, and six weeks later (after the exterior had been painted) they returned and re-installed the gutters with the appropriate repairs. These guys did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again--without so much as a second thought.

The crew that came out to do my work was great. They were professional and did a quick and efficient job. The quote was a few feet short, but they did it at the quoted price. The price was very good, compared to what some of my friends are paying "national" companies. The only negative was the communication. I purchased the deal through Angie's list and at checkout, it said the company would contact me through my Angie's List mailbox within three business days. When I did not hear anything, I called on the 4th day. I was told by the person who answered that she was not in the office yet and would call me later that day or the next day to schedule. The next afternoon, I received an email from Angie's list asking if I need assistance. I responded I had not been able to schedule service and yes I would like assistance. An hour later, Rodney called and said he was at my house. It was a bit of a shock to me and he seemed confused that I didn't know he was there (maybe he wasn't, that was just my speculation by his tone). He was polite and left me a quote. A week later I called him back to schedule service. He told me I was already on his schedule for that day. We arranged to have his crew come out when I could be at home, but there was no explanation as to why I was on the schedule. I had been off work for a few days but did have a voicemail from his assistant letting me know that I was scheduled for that day. It would have been nice if a better attempt would have been made to actually speak to me, or at least a follow up phone call at my secondary number as a reminder. Other than the miscommunications, the service was commendable. <br />

the owner came out to bid the job and he and employees came out and did installation.  professional, on time, exactly what i wanted. <br />

Received an estimate within a day or two of purchasing my buy it now service and service was completed in a timely manner with no complaints (and at about half the price of a quote from another provider). <br />

.arrived one day early, installed complete wrap of seamless rain gutter and down spouts. Was professionally done, left area clean, finished job in approx. 3 hours. Note: the $700.00 dollar quoted includes down spouts in footage, not 200 feet of gutter. <br />

We received an estimate from Able Seamless Guttering to remove our existing gutters and downspouts (approx. 5 years old and only covered a portion of the house) and add underground drain with pop-ups at 3 locations in our yard. We received estimates from 4 different companies (3 rated "A" on Angie's List - including Able and 1 not listed on Angie's List). Rodney from Able Seamless Guttering came to give us an estimate on time and his quote for the work was not the lowest and not the highest. We narrowed our choice between Able Seamless Guttering and 1 other company. We had a couple of questions about the bid and called Rodney back 2 or 3 times over the next couple of days and he was professional and helpful. We decided to go with Able Seamless Guttering because they offered more work and larger downspouts for less money than their competitor.  The night before the install was to take place, I did not receive a call from Able Seamless Guttering nor had the utility locate company been out to mark my yard (for the underground drains) but I just thought it was due to them being busy with the storms that we had just had on Wednesday night. I called them and they confirmed that the install and utility locate were still on for tomorrow (3/27/2015) between 9:00 and 9:30. I received a call about 8:45 from the installer and he stated that they were still at the hardware store getting supplies for the install and they would be there as soon as they could. I received another call around 10:05 and the installer stated that they were leaving the 3rd hardware store and they were finally on their way to our house for the install. They arrived at 10:45 and apologized for being late, but we were not upset because they keep us informed via phones calls. There were 2 installers and we went over the colors and locations of the downspouts with the foreman; they started working on removing the old gutters and downspouts. They were finished with the complete job around 5:15 and I was very pleased with the installer's professionalism and respect for our house and yard. I only gave them a B for punctuality due to us having to call them the night before. Overall I am very pleased with Able Seamless Guttering and would recommend them for any gutters/downspouts/drainage installations. <br />

Everything went very smooth.  Gary and Justin were polite, efficient and professional.  All communication with the company was excellent. <br />

They were excellent in every area.

We had a one glitch in the process.  When we called them, we were mainly interested in replacing a broken downspout.  They gave us an estimate for that and replacing some of the guttering, and cleaning out the gutters.  That was more than we asked for, but we agreed.  They came out and did the work, but didn't replace the downspout.  I called them back about it.  They sent someone out to check it out.  They came two days later than the agreed upon date.  The repair person called me and talked to me about the downspout.  He took a picture of it to show to his boss.  We didn't hear anything else for several days.  Then one day last week, we noticed that it had been fixed.  We don't know when they came but they did the job.  It looks great!  They worked very hard to resolve the issue with us. <br />

I called Able Seamless Guttering and an estimate for guttering along the backside of my home where there was none. Rodney told me he would be out the next day which was on a Friday 8/2. I was not able to be home, but he came out and left an estimate for the work to be performed. I called and spoke to Shelby (I think that was her name) and was told they had a cancelation for the following Monday 8/5, so I scheduled the appointment. The crew came out Monday as scheduled and had the gutters installed within a couple hours. Everyone at Able Seamless Guttering were friendly and professional. The cost for the gutters was competitive and they look great and have done their job. I would recommend Able Seamless Guttering to anyone wanting to have this type of work done. <br />

Able showed up timely for estimate.  Gave a good estimate... not the cheapest but not highest either.  They showed up day early and removed all the old guttering.  We were painting and doing wood repairs before installing new gutters so setup date for future install.  They showed up that day and on time and did a great job.  They even recognized some things they needed to fix and can back out very soon and fixed them.  They did a super job start to finish and communicated very well.  Highly recommend them! <br />
