A Blueline Appliance Repair Service

The sp said some racists remarks. Failed to fix our washing machine and now we have to hire a different service provider to come out and fix that.

My dishwasher was not working properly and he replaced a part. It was a $500 part and after that it was still not working properly. He came back and said that the new part was shorted out. There was water leaking under my floor and the floor is now damaged. He replaced again the part because he said the part was defective and he used a silicone sealer. He then returned again and said that it was still leaking. Then he said that he could give me my money back or order a new part. I asked him what he could do to fix the floor. He then said he will just give me my money back. So my dishwasher is broken and my kitchen floor is ruined. I would not recommend this repair man.

Repair was replacing door gasket and door hinge on an 11-year-old Bosch washer. A Blueline person was prompt and very professional. First time we hired an appliance repairman in over 30 years. Very happy that we did, particularly hiring this company.

Chris did a great job. Texted ahead of time to confirm his exact arrival time, very courteous and professional throughout his time in my home. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my fridge and show my how my fridge’s issue was not worth it to repair (large leak in the evaporator coil & no refrigerant left in the system) because it would be a similar cost to brand new fridge. He did all this quickly and only charged for a the small amount of labor time he was here. I’m happy for his advice rather than trying to charge the system (and me pay more) and then wait for it to all leak out again.

Chris was very profesional, punctual and kind when he repaired my dryer, he even had the part right in his truck. I also asked him to fix my dishwasher, so he came back with a new part he ordered. After an hour and a half Chris realized he wasn't going to be able to fix it properly and suggested to buy a new one instead, gave me tips about brands to look for and stores where delivery and installation are free. Chris was amazing! I called Saturday morning not knowing if he would even service our area since it was a good distance from his business location. I wasn't expecting Chris to come out the same day but he came out that same afternoon and was able to find the problem. So happy to say our dryer is working like new again! Chris was very polite and professional. I couldn't have chosen a better person to do our repair and will be happy to have Chris back for other work that we need to have done. It was a great experience! I submitted a request for a quote via the angies site and I got a call within 20 minutes. Came out the next day and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He had the dryer disassembled so he could inspect all components and showed me the problem, bad tensioner. Then proceeded to complete the repair very quickly. Pricing was fair. You’re paying for the expertise not for the amount of time it takes. Overall Chris was very courteous and professional. Will be my go to guy for appliance needs!
