Michael and his staff at Above All are phenomenal. It is nice to experience a company that is all about 100% customer satisfaction in today's day and age. I have a summer rental property and my tenant advised me there were ants in the kitchen. Michael had a technician there THE SAME DAY. The next afternoon, my tenant said the ants were worse. I called Michael and he said that it's not unusual for the problem to get worse in the immediate term because the bait attracts the ants, who then bring the poison back to the nest. Typically, the problem improves soon after that. But he pointed out that he knew tenants paid good money to enjoy their vacation and he scheduled another technician come out the next morning, a Saturday. Being a changeover day, the tenant departed early to beat the traffic off of LBI. I met the technician at the house and, of course, there was no sign of ants. The bait worked just as Michael said it would. But the technician wanted to make sure I was confident the problem was solved since I had another tenant coming in that day, and he treated and baited the property again. I got to observe this time and it is an extremely thorough treatment that they do. Under the house in the crawl space, outside the house, in the kitchen, around the kitchen and bathroom under sink plumbing, under the dishwasher, behind the stove. He even located the nest. And what did this all cost? Nothing! I have a contract with Above All to treat quarterly (at a very reasonable price), and there was no charge to eliminate this problem, despite my offer to pay for their prompt and duplicate service calls. I highly recommend Above All Termite and Pest Control. You won't be disappointed.

Mike went above and beyond,the call of duty. I was preparing for an out of state move and two of my cats are nearly fetal despite years of living indoors. I was unable to catch them to put them into carriers. I called Mike and despite the oddity of the requrst, came through with flying colors. Both cats were caught and put into carriers in less than 15 minutes. We are happily in our new home. The ease of this transition is solely due to Mike's professionalism and willingness to take on an unusual request. Thank you, Above All!

I called for an estimate was assisted by Michael, he was extremely curtious and gave me an appointment right away. The tech was professional, prompt, and took the time to explain the process to me. Michael was communicative at every step. We decided to sign a maintenance contract, after again, a thorough explanation, but no hard sell. I have been with the professionalism of every person I have interacted with. Excellently! Very responsive to my needs, Inspection was completed the day after calling. Firm estimate was given. Price was below what I expected. Work was scheduled within the week, and completed in several hours one morning. Everything was competent and professional, everything was left neat and clean. Certification certificate was emailed to me an hour after work was finished.

Mike Z (owner) is is so prompt in responding to emails and text messages anytime you need information or have questions. Mike quickly scheduled the appointment. Technician arrived on time on the day of appointment and treated exterior and interior thoroughly. Both Mike and the technician made a point to mention that they would gladly address any pest issues if they arise before the next quarterly appointment. Very prompt, professional and ethical.

They came out like they said the would. The technician was nice and cordial. He made sure to answer any questions we had. We haven't had any problems since we started using them.

That was just over 2 years ago and we've been with Above All ever since utilizing their preventative maintenance program's quarterly service which includes free service visits should they be needed. And if anything should pop up that needs their attention, it takes only a simple text or call to Michael or Tracey. They even pick up the phone answering "hi Ed, how have you been?". See if any of the big chains answer with a personal greeting. The customer service could never be matched by a large chain. I am so glad that my wife and I prefer to use local businesses vs big impersonal chains.

I am a long time customer. And as always when dealing with Michael and his employees you can expect quality of work , professionalism, and prompt service whether it is a new request or a free followup. He treats his customers and his staff like friends and family.

I spoke with Mike from Above All Termite and Pest. He responded very quickly to all my texts/calls. Mike was on time and very professional when arriving at my residence. He took the time out of his Sunday morning to respond and thoroughly evaluated my situation providing explanations to my concerns. He assessed the situation and advised me that there was no problem.

They have been responsive when I had an issue and needed them to come out between cycles and spray again. Overall very happy with their service.

GREAT! This company provides tremendous customer service. I called Michael yesterday afternoon. He texted me right back and indicated that he could have someone at our house the next afternoon. How many contractors are at your house within 24 hours of when you call them? Not many, I would say. The technician, Hank, came to the house and he was fabulous. He did a very thorough walk-through and sprayed all necessary areas of the house, inside & out. He even said he would stop back in a week to check & make sure all was perfect. Great customer service, fair prices, and very pleasant to deal with. I can not recommend Above All Termite & Pest Control highly enough! On a 5 point scale, they deserve a 10!

Traps set, as well as bait traps on the outside of home. No more mice.

I contacted Above All Pest Control and left a message through Angies List. Michael, the owner, immediately answered me via Angies List and let me know that he would be calling me, which he did. He was very courteous and professional. A member of his company, Sean came and checked the whole house, including the attics, eaves, perimeters inside and out and made his recommendation. He was also very courteous and knowledgeable. I signed an annual contract with them and am very happy with their services and follow-up. So far it seems that they have gotten rid of the sugar ants and carpenter bees. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, price and promptness

Michael returned my call and got me on the schedule within 2 days. My shed was sprayed because that's where I saw the bees, and the cost included a 30 day warranty. I called back on 5/15/17 to let Michael know that I started seeing bees again, and he sent someone out 2 days later. Joel was on time, and he not only sprayed the shed again, but went around the entire house spraying all the gutters and soffits. He showed me where the powder had been applied and told me he saw bees and wasps on the house, not only the shed. I'm very satisfied with the work and professionalism, and I believe the problem has been resolved for good this time.

Two workers got to my house at 10 AM; they weren't expected until 1 PM. I showed them were the infestation was and they got started immediately with drilling holes in the front concrete porch and in the garage. The holes were to inject the Termidor chemical into the ground. They plugged and patched the holes perfectly to the point that you have to look to really see where they were. They had to move a lot of stuff away from the wall where they were drilling and they discovered a mouse nest. They left 3 mouse traps in the garage for me at no additional cost. They dug a small trench completely around my slab. My house has no basement. They then sprayed the termidor totally into the trench. A third worker, Sean, arrived around noon and the job was completed by around 1 PM. With the price of the treatment I have a 3 year warranty and after that the annual renewal is only $75 per year. I was totally satisfied with the job that they did and I would recommend them highly. Bob M.

Mike th owner came out and spotted the problem immediately! He was quick and efficient ! Such a fabulous experience! I was dreading calling because of fear of high costs! But Mike gave me one of the fairest prices! I had this work done once before and the problem was not solved and the price was exorbitant! Above All Pest Comtrol Above all charged me 2x less than previous company! Extremely satisfied !!! I will be going to them for all my needs as I have an old home and lots of critters!

They basically got rid of the pests. I think they did a good job. They provided me a good recommendation for how to go about the pest control and they fixed that

Good! He is very good. I have an annual contract with them. They come out like 4 or 5 times a year or more if I needed them. I think it was like $350 for the yearly contract. They would text me a day or 2 before they would come, so if I had to be home, I could be home. If not, they would spray outside, the foundation. They always let me know when they were coming.
