In pulling the steps off to lay the bricks under them, Aidan discovered that a piece of the stair supports was split, so he had to go out and purchase additional materials to fix it correctly. He and his helper worked efficiently through some cold and snowy weather. I really appreciated that Aidan also saw a couple of other things in my home that he could take care of easily while he was here

Patrick was professional and courteous throughout the process. He responded promptly to my original request, put together a detailed itemized quote for each project, and answered all of my questions. He gave a timetable for the work to be completed, was punctual every day and did top-quality work on every job. I can’t recommend him highly enough and he will definitely be my first call for future projects.

We had a dishwasher fail and after the plumber came in and found the problem (and tore out a section of the downstairs ceiling), we needed to get Brandt in ASAP. He got in there quickly and assessed the water damage...which fortunately was less than had been feared. He got it dried out, patched up and painted and all cleaned up. Of course, due to Murphy's law, the dishwasher failed again a couple of days after he finished (he had nothing to do with the dw repair), and he came back and assessed the damaged and dried things out. No charge for return visit. I have had a hard time finding a good handyman in Marlborough. We live across the country and rent out the house so it is important to find someone we trust. We have found him to be honest and flexible. We have been very happy with Brandt's work and feel his prices are fair.

Brandt was extremely professional and communicated regularly over email as we coordinated a replacement front door ordering and associated logistics. He arrived when he said he would, gave a quote a few days as agreed, and the work was done well. The pricing seemed reasonable and the quality was good. With our garbage disposal, we did have an issue where one of Brandt's assistants missed a step to allow our dishwasher to drain to the garbage disposal. When I followed up about it, he promptly sent his assistant to fix it at no charge. It was a simple issue, but I was impressed that he stands behind his work. I will likely work with him again in the future and have already recommended him to a friend.

Brandt worked with us to complete the work as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. He had great advice about what to do and what not to do and he always addressed our concerns. The work was done on time, the site was kept clean, and all done for a reasonable price.

Brandt and his sidekick came and did everything on our list to sell our home. Brandt provided an itemized list and accomplished everything we needed and provided the exact price he quoted. Price was fair and was very flexible and professional. Left everything clean as well. Will hire him again for our next house.

Excellent, high quality work. Not cheap, but definitely worth it to have someone reliable and professional. Recommended him to my own mother, so that should tell you something! :)

Went alright; nothing stood out about quality of work to write about. Price was definitely on the higher end.

Brandt was awesome with communication and showed up on time. Did a nice clean job hanging the ceiling fan for 14 foot ceiling and re-suspending some cabinets in the laundry room. A+ would definitely use him again.

Brandt did a great job. First he helped us prioritize what needed to get done with our needs in mind. His crew did excellent work and Brandt updated us regularly reporting issues as they arose. He then made suggestions based on the new circumstances helping us to keep within budget. His initial estimates proved to be very accurate and he got the work done on a tight schedule. The work done was of high quality and I will definitely be hiring him again when we do our renovation.

Brandt was very responsive and was a big help coordinating the repairs with the tenants. He provided excellent communication via email during the process as I do not live in the area of the property. This is the second job I have hired him to do at that property and have consistently received great service from him.

He was fabulous really innovative, because he did great work. Not only was he the most appropriate when I ask him about the  jobs I had but very prompt getting back to me and very much on he was on time he was on point he came up with innovative solutions beyond what even I thought I needed so he solved the bigger problem as suppose to little projects that I thought I had he was able to see through in a way that really solve my problems very effectively. He was clobbered after figured out that instead of getting what I needed done was there was air conditioner in my wall right so there is a hole in my wall because there is air conditioner pretty old air conditioner that was the project help me take it out and replace it all the others were like well good luck going finding something to fit it exactly to fit it you need to find it exactly and then we will come out and we will install it for know you they all started from five hundred and up right and that was that one thing and he said no look you already got a portable air conditioner in your office how about we take out the air conditioner that will leave a hole we'll fill the hole in put insulation in it and a tubing it and a dryer vent kind of thing on the other side and now you got your heater air conditioner in you main room which you need it and you just get a smaller more appropriate for you office size because the thing I had was too big for the office anyway because it was a portable air conditioner suppose to be for a larger room and he said get a small one that fits this room and I put the holes in to install that and he made this wonderful oh the hole that was left right instead of just having this weird discolored  hole rectangle hole and he also haul away the older air conditioner which huge I mean the thing was giant I didn't even realized how big it was because so much of it went up and he and his team hauled that away the whole thing and all apart of the price and they went through and they painted the rectangle he put crowned molding around it so it looks like a it's a picture  almost. I had also had them all looked at my deck outside of my house he was the only one who actually went down under the deck to look to see what I was talking about about it being imbalanced and told me how dangerous my deck was when I had Sears put in my door going out to my deck they saw through the connections between the house and the deck  nobody else was had gone down there like he and he took a movie with his phone to show me what the situation was and the reason why my deck was so wobbly it's only been held up by one split leg and one rotten leg and I have going out there and these other guys at looked at the deck and said listen we'll take the whole thing down and we'll get it inspected and get these haltered things and not one of them of the other two guys who angielist sent me none of them explained to me that was the problem they just said know you have to have the whole thing taken down it's just old  you have to have the whole thing taken down and we'll put back one or we'll pt back half and he was so thorough.

I was wishing that I could say "maybe" in the place where it asks if I would use his services again. <br /> Brandt is a nice guy, was pretty responsive and did some things well, but the quality was spotty. <br /> In retrospect I wished he'd talked to me more before he just did things -- but I could have been more  <br /> assertive in making him come back and correct some of the issues. <br />
