Art Basaldua has removed our old lawn and laid the new one for pretty high price. We don’t know what he did but after 3 weeks the entire of our lawn turned to yellow and dried out, we did all we could to take good care of it but we couldn’t save the lawn. Even though Art told us he will guarantee his work for 3 months and will check regularly if everything is fine, after we text him and sent him a picture of dried lawn, he simply said he doesn’t have time to come back and check it out, after that he just ignored all our call and text messages and never came back. Horrible experience with this guy and do not recommend him at all.
