The cost to mix and blend these gasses each day is staggering not to mention the incubators necessary to complete the mix process and capture in a legal 60 size tank. If investigating our entire process will reveal all beginning phases are out of sight and mind. The proprietary technique we utilize (d) first, begins in our lab, requiring 2 hours (minimum) then, our electronics must be calibrated for each mix (use). "Yes, we got to know this house and to a degree, it's owners. :) There were 5 trips to this house. (Financially, we win some and, sometimes we lose some)! But, thank you [member name removed] and family for your patience, communications, cooperation in exposing our work area and, ease of schedule. We also appreciate your confidence in us. This was indeed "The leak from Hell"! At times, the leak (s) indicated it was everywhere and, we never expected there to be 2 (two) leaks, either! (In 10 years, less that 1/2 of 1 percent of all our discoveries result in 2 (two) leaks being present). It took 3 (three) of those 5 (five) days just to get a bearing on these stubborn leaks and two additional trips to localize. Literally, every trick in our playbook was deployed. Throwing it's final curve at us, two (2) leaks existed but fortunately, in the same general local. A discovery we will never forget. Beyond the technology, sometimes, it also takes a boat load of tenacity, too! Quitting or a non-precise discovery, is never an option. Thanks again!"

"I understand the pricing frustrations. It might be helpful if our clients are aware of the “cost” of our doing business. 1) The blending (prep) cost and occurs every day three hours per day, btw. And, before we reach your house, with a short half-life, every job dictates we are fully prepared. To procure sufficient quantities, rate, weights and ratio, is just some of our behind the scenes overhead. 2) Some leak discoveries are not completed within 2-3 hours or even one day. 35% of them will require our return to your site. Sometimes we make 3 to 5 return trips yet our pricing does not ever increase, our rates are fixed. I see this as “The gamble” we all take, actually. Our focus is “giving an "Exact" locate”! We don’t charge by the hour and we win some and lose some. 3) The Owner is on every Job site but Ray also deserves a life and living wage. Ray has been with me for 7 years, remains available on a 24/7 basis, has technical skill, ability and background which the company requires. Plumbing interconnects and home interface is his responsibility. 4) Our goal is to save you money when the repair is made by giving a more exact locate, no guessing. Making the repair faster and easier. And if something goes wrong with the locate, we stand behind it, also. 5) We are forced to carry 3 types of insurance (s) plus, gas and maintenance on the vehicle, accounting, office and, other usual cost and, there is just not that much remaining. Thank you. I understand most owners would not go into this much detail but, I wanted you to know that when I started this business, I had no idea all the cost. But, these are the realities.."

"Leaks are difficult to locate. Any grade short of an A deserves attention. We are happy to provide a written report but we cannot tell why the leak occurred or, what caused the failure. So, I don’t know what the report should say. It is far more efficient for us to mark the location and, tell the client. We welcome calls from the repairing plumber, if any questions exist. We did not receive any phone calls. We will always return to the site, if necessary. It was not. This home is located deep into Placitas a, 1 hour drive we do not charge for. The actual time on the site varies job to job but never does it reflect the 2-4 hours required preparing for each job. Nor, does it reflect the two years we invested developing our techniques, unrivaled by any others. Also, the price was $ 483.00 and Sales taxes are a must. This is usually discussed prior to our booking any job and was in this case. We are polite, profession and an exact locate and discovery is what we are about. We do not make guesses. And, we were “exact” and accurate at this site. And, while we appreciate the opportunity to provide our services and for the job, we would always question why B’s and C’s were given for a spot on accurate locate. An accurate locate is the primary function of this company. Our performance was Stellar with professional behavior and excellent results at this site."
