Avery Brothers completed the job in 2 days. They opened up access in various areas of my finished basement. They installed the drain tile ,and they restored everything back to normal. These three steps they performd to my absolute satisfaction. great job guys they've been in the business since 1840 I wouldn't recommend anybody else you want the job done right and if you want it to last forever Avery Brothers on time every time

We are in a time when customers are quick to complain and find fault with the quality of work that has been completed. I am doing just the opposite.Abry's team was professional, friendly and very helpful whenever I asked any questions and they took the time to carry on a conversation while they were working. Their work ethic and attention to detail totally impressed me. They put in nine piers and at the end of the day—I can honestly say that there was NO evidence they did any work. Everything was put back and it looked as though nothing was disturbed—right down to the mulch in the landscaped areas. Every one of the individuals I came in contact with at Abry Brothers was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Beginning with setting up a time for Troy to come out and do an inspection of the foundation. He was very informative and helpful in making a decision to do the foundation repair. Followed by the structural engineer who was also very friendly and went out if his way to schedule a time to meet me at my house. our homes foundation was built ontop of some extremly wet soil due to some really bad drainige. let me tell you the abry brothers were on on time, did wonderous works and explained everything along the the way . They are hands down the best in bussiness.

A crack in our brick work led us to Abry Brothers Foundation Repair on a referral from the structural engineer. Very nice people to work with. We were provided with a brief explanation up front of the process and a link to a video to watch as well. We had contact information for all of our questions, and they were answered promptly. Very courteous team of hard working guys came out. They were patient and friendly, explained the process as they went through the steps, answered all our questions along the way. They got the job done in one day, cleaned up completely, left the site in good condition. Yes, we recommend Abry Brothers Foundation Repair. This was a good experience.

I was very pleased with the results. I was worried about the rain. But those guys did awesome. The Forman was very informative. He walked me through the whole process. The clean up these guys did was awesome. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

They caused a big crack on the outer wall of my garage. But my house needs to have the foundation worked up again. I tried to get in touch with them after around 6 months that they did our foundation. I tried calling them for almost a year.

I think they did okay. I don't know if they did a good job or not. So far, it's been good, but at the very end of the project, I wanted some drawings of what they did and they went out of business and never called me back. There was some work that didn't get done. They just totally went out of business. They were the oldest company in the country at that time. They'd been doing this for like 100 years and they totally went out of business. If anything goes wrong, they didn't quite finish anything. They finished enough, so I was happy with that. I'm just concerned that if something happens, I don't have any recourse. At the very end, they just didn't show up. Also, there was some stuff they were talking about, some of the guys were involved with drugs. It got ugly a little bit. They had finished the work so I'm not real concerned. It's just that I'm glad they got it done and they did a good job. It seems that the house is in pretty good shape. The fact that when I called them for drawings, so I could know what they did, they never got back to me. I called Texas. The phone kept ringing. They wouldn't ring. I forget where I found out they went out of business. Somebody told me because I did a bunch of calling. They didn't always show up when they said they should. It felt funny. There was some drug things involved. They subcontracted to do some other work and it was kind of shady. I didn't do too many bids. I did like 2 of them. They were both about the same. It's going to take 3 or 4 years before the house settles, so I don't know about the quality. They did get the work done. They were nice fellows but something just seemed funny. I just felt weird about the people they hired. It just didn't feel right. At that point, I had just broken some bones and I was on oxycodone for 3 months but that was my impression at that time. If we have any house problems, I am going to try to do something, but I think they did okay. It's just kind of hard to tell without time passing.

At fist, everything was good. Few days into the job, the crew go scheduled for another job. Then it seemed like my job was rushed. past few months started to notice more and more cracks in the sheet rock. Now I have a large hole where one of the piers were install. was filled with concrete. The concrete broke and exposed a large hole that was never filled in properly. Have tried to contact them by phone and email, with no such luck. Phones are disconnected and cant send any type of message to them.

This is the absolute worst company I have every used in my entire life. They are pathetic. We paid them 14,000 dollars to fix our foundation which they did back in 2014. I have been calling since October 2015 to get some warranty work done on my home. They rescheduled countless times without calling, they just wouldn't show up. Finally came inspected the place. Said they would be out there in January to fix it. It is now March and I have been rescheduled again for the work to be done. Save your money and use a legitimate company that will honor their work. <br />

Showed up the first day but got very little done. Were supposed to be installing 3 piers, when I saw only 2 holes I reminded them of that. They cancelled the second day because they thought it was going to be too rainy. I had taken off of work so I called the contractor and told him there was less rain expected that day than the next two but he couldn't get a hold of anyone to come do the work. Worked for the next two days in the rain than asked me for a "good report" so they could get a bonus, I didn't feel they deserved a bonus. I'm not sure it was on purpose but they torn up a corner of our lawn when they left.  <br /> 10 months later, the end of the house that didn't get piers seems to have gotten worse. The contractor and the local office numbers are no longer in service. I've emailed Abry Brothers' main office but have yet to receive a reply and I only get a busy signal from the 800 number.  <br /> I'm sorry but my take away from this is don't trust Angie's List. The only reason we hired this company was because they were "recommended" here. Also found out that we were supposed to receive an $600 Angie's List discount. <br />

It took over 3 weeks and multiple calls to get workers back to perform job after initial visit and delivery of materials. Physically unable to go under house, to inspect, I later discovered that the moisture barrier was not placed in half of the crawl space.  Called to report the incomplete job and the fact that adjustments would need to be made due to settling.  placed three separate phone calls to local office and operator promised to call back to schedule return visit - nothing happened. Final attempts to reach local office revealed that the business number was disconnected.  Calls to the cell phone of one of the crew failed due to disconnected Verizon service.  Calls to the offices in Louisiana & Houston, TX failed because the numbers (local & toll free) were no longer in service. It's as if the company simply vanished/closed after over 30+ years.   <br /> Now I have a lifetime warranty on work that wasn't completed and have no way of satisfying this issue. <br /> If you ever encounter this company, 1.) do not use them, and 2.) please forward me a contact number for anyone within their organization. <br />

I received estimates from all the major companies, but chose Abry Brothers based on the professional and through method of evaluating the repairs required and explaining the repair process. Setting up the work initially went well.  When we called them back to file a warranty claim because some of the doors started sticking and floor started pooping in a couple of rooms last June, they have yet to fix the problem.  We made our first calls last June and were cancelled on multiple times for a consultation.  Then we multiple times we were told that we were never on the schedule for a consultation.  So finally we had the consult at the end of October.  Never heard back, so I called a couple weeks later and went back and forth on where the paperwork was from the consult and people turnovers, which we went through as well from June to October.  Finally in December we were scheduled to have a crew come out and fix the problem last Friday, Jan 15.  I called that morning to confirm the crew was coming because we had so many cancellations and miscommunications before.  I had made arrangements to work at a certain location so I could be closer to home because if I hadn't scheduled that day, they told me it would be weeks after before they could get there.  So when I called that morning, I found out that the repair crew had stayed in Houston and would not be coming that day.  I was told that I would receive a phone call back before the end of the day, once they had talked to their manager.  I never got a call back one way or the other and still have not today either and I doubt I will after the experiences I have gone through so far.  Every time, except for once, that they told me they would call me back for something, they never did.  I always had to call them.  I also saw today that on 8/28/2015, their business's accreditation with the Better Business Bureau had been revoked for the following reasons. <br /> "...due to its failure to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards: <br /> 1E. In its relationship with BBB: meet all applicable standards within this Code of Business Practices cooperate with BBB's activities and efforts to promote voluntary self-regulation within the business' industry honor any settlements, agreements or decisions reached as an outcome of a BBB dispute resolution process complete the required application and pay all monetary obligations to BBB in a timely manner <br /> 5A. Fulfill contracts signed and agreements reached. <br /> 6A. Promptly respond to all complaints forwarded by BBB by:Resolving the complaint directly with the complainant and notifying BBB, or Providing BBB with a response that BBB determines:is professional,addresses all of the issues raised by the complainant,includes appropriate evidence and documents supporting the business' position, and explains why any relief sought by the complainant cannot or should not be granted. <br /> 6C. Comply with any settlements, agreements or decisions reached as an outcome of a BBB dispute resolution process. <br />

<p>They are slow, but for the first time in 35 years, after spending close to 20,000 with no relief, we are FINALLY dry. I am more than satisfied.</p> <br />

<p>Abry Brothers started work on our home approximate in November of 2012. It has been night mare since then.</p> <p>We have had to fight tooth and nail to get repairs done since process started. Every time they  would do work ii seems fine for </p> <p>couple months and then issue start  again with more same and new issues.</p> <p>The last time they came was about year ago we thought after many battles with this Company we finally had our home secure and fixed. Well after about six months we started having issue. I finally call dreading the battle again with this company. Had to wait couple weeks before someone could get out to look at the issue. They finally had someone come out nice guy seem very concern. I Thought well maybe this time will be different WRONG! I waited for about week to here from someone. No one called I finally called was told the lady who handle the Warranty issue was out sick. I continue to call left messages no response. Finally after much discussion with receptions got a e-mail assuring me would hear from her the next day. WRONG. Call again today was told look like she quit her job after being there for 10 years????? I have explain to who ever will listen and by e-mail about issue and concerns. My real issue are that our home is worse off than when we started. Roof is now bowed, we can barely shut front door so we can lock it, I now have large cracks in cement in kitchen area that were not there before they started, we cannot shut our closet doors nor shut bedroom door properly. We have large cracks in walls and many new cracks in our walls. Abry Brothers when they came out for repair the last time they put in 3 interior pilings in our house at their expense after many heated debates we thought this was going to fix it WRONG. It solve nothing except me having to replace new carpet in our hallways at my expense. This experience has been a night mare and now I believe our home cannot be repair because of all the damage that has occurred with this company. I fear our investment we have in our home we will never be able to sell our home what fair market value should be do this mess Abry Brothers has created.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> hav <br />
