Awesome job. Kelly arrived on time as promised and called prior to let me know he was on his way. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and left everything very neat. I was very impressed and would recommend and hire again if needed.

I called a little before 5:00pm to get someone out to my house to repair my locks to my house.  Approximately 30 to 40 minutes later the locksmith arrived at my house.  Approximately 20 minutes after arriving, my home locks were repaired completely to my satisfaction. <br />

After two "not able to help you with your safe" calls I phoned Aand B Security. The phone staff was courteous and was told a call would be made to the tech out in the field and he, JW, would call me shortly. JW called me within a half hour, I described the problem [safe was lost and key to the dial was lost and locked] and JW said he could at least unlock the device (which at the very least was what was needed) and said to call the office back and make an appointment, which I did. I called the office and the gal said It happened a time slot was available right then. JW was at my home directly! He had my safe unlocked in about 10 minutes. <br /> <br />

<p>I called on Monday to get a price for rekeying locks and was told $10.50. When I took my 4 locks in the next day the gentleman said the price was $11.50 each. When I told him I was quoted $10.50 the day before, he opted to honor the lower price. After waiting about half an hour the man comes out and says "you have a problem". I had seen him struggling with one of the locks in the shop, and now he comes out and tells me a piece has broken off the lock and I will have to buy another lockset. Excuse me? You break my lock because you don't know how to take it apart and now I'm supposed buy a replacement? He goes on to tell me that my lock is a cheap imported variety and no parts are available, so I'll just have to buy another. He shows me a standard brass colored door lock he has in stock that has the same key type, and it's "only" $30. So now I'm stuck. I have to purchase his lock to get it keyed to match the other three and get home to secure my house. And the excellent lock I just paid him $30 for was made in - Taiwan!?!?</p> <p>I was going to ask this company to quote me on a complete home alarm system, but after this experience you couldn't pay me to go back to them. An honest company would have taken responsibility for their error, but not these guys!</p> <br />

The service was great. Price was in the range of what was quoted to me and the service was excellent. He did a great job. <br />

I was referred to Aand B by another locksmith that said he couldn't change the lock on this type of door. The appointment was made quickly, the gentleman showed up on time and had no issues changing the lock. He made sure each of the duplicate keys worked before he left. On time. Good work. Good service. I'd definitely use them again. <br />

Jim came to look at the safe last week. He showed up when he said he would. Told me what the issue was and said he could have it repaired by Monday. He took the safe door, repaired it and brought it back exactly when he said he would. Works like a charm. This is the second time I've used Aand B Security group and both times the service has been great. I'll definitely use them again when warranted. <br /> <br />

I was surprised that they charged me for coming to the house. <br /> That was never mentioned either in the ad or when I made an appointment. <br />

They were the only ones contacted who did this kind of work. I tried several locksmiths on Angie's List who referred me to them. I had to reschedule their visit as they did not come the first time. The work was done in a very competent manner when they did come. They do not give any discounts for being a List member and are expensive.

The young man was very professional, on time, and did not try to coerce me into anything. I already knew I needed replacements but if he had tried to force the issue, I would not have utilized his services. He was very fast and I am extremely pleased with the locks. They work ever so much easier and I feel much more secure.

They are not your basic quick fix and they are quite expensive and hard for anyone to pick for burglars and things. I think they are expensive but worth it. They are very security conscious and they also advice you on how many keys to make. They also advice you not to leave the key under the mat or at a neighbors place and spread it around. We just have the basic key needed and if we ever need another key we would have to go and meet them and in writing ask for another. If someone finds the key and takes it to them for another key they won't make one and that way they are very security conscious. I would suggest that if you are looking to buy a lock buy something that can't be picked. There were a lot of burglars in our area lately and that was the reason why I went with them. There is only one authorized dealer in Las Vegas which is Aand B security because they keep such paper work and report it back to the lock maker. If you need to break in then you got to call them because no locksmith can do it. They are incredibly security conscious and I like that. I am happy with the security that the lock provides and the service the man provided. It was a very hot day and he was working outside on the patio. There was one little ring that was not working and he went out and ordered it and came back. He didn't settle for anything less. He said his name was on it and he said it had to be right. He was very professional and good. It was the best installation and service. They were pricey. It took three weeks and I knew that, but it was because the locks have to be specially made at the factory. It took a while because every lock has to be specially ordered.

We have a Realty Company which buys and rents out homes, mostly previously foreclosed. It is important for security to Re-Key these homes after purchase and also before each new tenant occupies. Often with purchase the Re-Key is required and included with closing costs. The Locksmith is specified by the Title company. We have worked with many different Locksmiths. Aand B Security Group stands out from the others and we always hope they are the compny specified by Title when we purchase a new property. They always answer the phone, usually by Julie, and get the work scheduled imediately. Aand B Security Group has many technicians (locksmiths), I think about 12, and can usually get us re-keyed the same day. All of the technicians are very professional and get the job done quickly. They have trucks that have all the equipment and tools they need. We especially like to request Joshua Miley. Although a young man he is a 3rd generation locksmith and really knows the business and is great to work with. I highly recomend this company
