Jeff did a great job! He came to my home and removed bird and nesting material from chimney and sealed it to where this can not happen moving forward.

Jeff responded to my request quickly and was at our rental home the next morning. He is well versed in proper, safe animal removal as well as pest treatments (brought on by unwanted animals). I can't say enough good things about Jeff! I called him after hearing critters in the attic and he came to my house a few hours later. He found a mother raccoon and her babies and was able to get them out as well as catching a few armadillos (in the yard, overnight) in the process. We had him repair all our soffit vents and they look great! He was courteous, professional, honest, kind and extremely attentive. I would call him again in a second if I had any other problems with critters. I highly recommend Jeff!!

All manners of work were performed with professionalism. Showed up on time, executed task and finished job over a two week time frame. Properly communicated each step and educated me on many facets of the animal removal business.

Jeff came out and spent over an hour assessing the problems. We had numerous holes under the eaves and soffits. He suggested we first trap the animal and then seal the house. The traps yielded an opossum and an armadillo. Once they were gone, and because we hadn’t heard the racoon, he sent his partner out to seal up the holes with much heavier wire mesh. Then he set traps to catch another armadillo under the house, caught it and sealed the last hole. All the work was done quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. Jeff is a pleasure to talk to and deal with.

First time having this kind of issue. Wasn't sure who to call so came to Angies list and read a lot of Jeffs reviews. They were spot on. Jeff was fantastic. He arrived when he said he would and spent time with me addressing my issue (squirrel in attic) and then explaining the things I could do to prevent this. He was more invested in helping me then trying to sell me something. Very helpful, very professional and would absolutely recommend him. Thanks Jeff!

Great! These days, it's harder to find good and trustworthy people and contractors. Jeff is one of the few left and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Jeff is very responsive, helpful, and thorough. I called him to check the attic for rodents, since another contractor (from a different trade) stated there were droppings near the eaves. Jeff came out the same day, inspected the entire attic, confirmed that the droppings were not from rodents and instead from tree frogs. He sealed around the dryer vent just in case and inspected the roof and soffits. He did not see any recent signs of rodents and did not charge us for the inspection.

Jeff came and inspected the house, and we agreed on the scope of work and the estimated cost. He sealed the possible entryways to the attic, but the actual racoon was never captured. When my boyfriend asked him about it, he gave us a discount for that, but since then, he sent lengthy harassing text messages about unpaid work, etc.. His professional expectations have been opaque and unclear, and I found this very unprofessional ... I will not recommend nor hire him again.

Jeff was very helpful and professional. He returned my call within an hour and promised to check on it the next day. I asked him to call my mother to work out the timing. He quoted me a flat price (250) for trapping and removing the animal but told me that he would inspect the situation for no charge. He absolutely wowed my elderly mother. He was professional, explained what he discovered, assured her that the armadillo had moved on, told her what to watch for and asked her to call if it returns. He noticed that a vent on the soffit was coming down (unrelated to the current critter problem) and unloaded his ladder and put it back in place. As promised NO CHARGE! Dependable, professional, generous, knowledgeable... call this guy!
