"I am sorry we could not solve the member's problem. We disassembled the vent pipes, cleaning them and the chimney and reassembled the venting system. In the review Judith failed to mention that the cleaning was for a furnace flue and that the furnace had previously had performance issues, hence the burn marks. Also, when she eventually paid the invoice she only paid $100. I believe timely communication between the member and myself could have resolved this issue. After all, the cleaning was performed in April 2012"
