Zandy came out and gave me an estimate to reline my chimney. He was exceptionally professional and attentive to what I needed. I was purchasing a house and needed to process this through insurance and Zandy walked the buyers and sellers through every step of the process. I would follow up with him via email regularly and he responded promptly with everything I needed. I would recommend Zandy to do any chimney work in the future.

It worked out well.  They came in and estimated how much it would cost and what they would do.  I was fine with that.  I asked if he could do it in May and he waited.  He contacted me at that time.  He came and did the job just as he said he would do it.  He was very timely.  The job was done nicely.  He was excellent.  The price was what he said it would be.  The quality was good.  His professionalism was very good.

They did an excellent job of the chimney relining. They removed all broken tiles without making a mess of my living room where the woodstove is located. The woodstove has a MUCH better draft and is operating much more efficiently now. <br /> <br /> <br />

we were concerned about chiminey areas that looked burned - we had already cleaned out the pipes. Absolute Spent 45 minutes, recleaning the chiminey and did no useful repair that would help eliminate our problems - Absolute is clearly just a chiminey sweep - an expensive one at that at over $200/hour - he performed no repair on chiminey <br />

We purchased a new construction home in early March, which came with no chimney cap.  Our chimney has two flues, one is not in use and the other is used by the oil boiler.  The house we purchased was well built, and we wanted  to maintain that by adding only high quality fixtures that would do the job well and stand the test of time.  Therefore, we contacted Absolute to provide a quote on a custom stainless chimney cap.   <br /> The experience was fabulous from beginning to end.  First, they came out and provided the estimate very quickly (we also have a very steep angled roof, but that didn't impede them in the slightest).  They asked for 1/2 up front and 1/2 after install.  Since they had good reviews, an established record, and I was in a hurry to get it done with as little fuss as possible, I paid the whole amount upfront and told them to go ahead and install it as soon as possible once it was ready.   <br /> Fast forward a few days later (too soon for me to expect that it would have been ready), I was coming home from an errand and caught sight of my chimney - wearing my beautiful new chimney cap!  Didn't even notice that they had come and gone.  It is absolutely gorgeous and functions beautifully. <br />

Went very well.  Was able to schedule my appointment quickly.  Zandy showed up a short time prior to our appointed time.  Cleaned and inspected the chimney.  Very personable, clean. Would recommend. <br />

See above. Chronic leak around chimney for years. Problem fixed. Flues needed new liners. Rightfully said upper chimney needed to be rebuilt.

I have had a good experience with him so far. I?ve not hire him yet, but I plan to do so. He was a nice guy. He showed up on time and was very reasonably priced.

They experience went fine. They provided a written analysis of the chimney, which was quite useful. They were punctual and communicted well with me since I wasn't able to be there.
