DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!  They installed crappy HVAC system in December 2020 which breaks down annually.  Parts under warranty, but charges $100 for service call and another $150 to take 2 minutes to install capacitor.  Didn't try to offer me a service  contract, probably because they make a fortune as transactional pirates.  Maybe if they were the last company on earth I would go back.

THE WORST company with whom I have ever done business. It starts at the top, with the owner, Dave. Absolute Comfort Systems (previously Rogers) does NOT stand behind their product. Absolute repaired my heating system with a new board in December 2022. They sent a young kid out, Danny, who tracked snow into my home after I asked him to remove his shoes. Danny did not clean up the floor NOR his downstairs mess. Today, I phoned the company at 4:30 pm (busy). I called back at 4:45 pm--an answering service picked up during business hours. Dave phoned back and was "extremely disagreeable." He went on a tirade about trying to get out of the business because people like me who call late in the day. He said, it was too late for him or an employee to come out at 5:15 pm. NOTE: I let him know my call was before they closed. I also let Dave know my health would be in jeopardy in heat, but he did not care. My guess? Dave did not want to be liable and replace the Chinese made circuit board that Danny installed. Sadly, Dave tried to diagnose the issue over the phone. I asked him to repeat what he said, to make a note, but he ignored my twice-made request. After Dave mentioned Danny's name, I let him know that I did not make a negative review given Danny's unprofessionalism in my home...thinking that I did them a favor. Apparently, this made Dave angry and he said he was not going to business with anyone who threatened him. NOTE: I did NOT threaten him (simply stated a fact), and I had done nothing wrong! Dave's horrific, hateful and rude behavior disgusts me. He kept talking over me. I told him to screw himself and hung up. After 7 years on an award-winning JD Power Customer Service team, I know what good customer service is--this company is NOT it. Absolute consistently lacks quality, professionalism, integrity and good behavior. SAVE your hard-earned money and spend it with a company that values and appreciates your business.

They sent two people for the work.

The thermostat would not recognize my air conditioner.  After some diagnostics the problem was solved. <br />

Absolute Comfort Systems was excellent.  They were punctual, competitively priced, and installed everything with minimal interference with our day.  Highly recommend.  <br />

Got my A/C back to working thats all that matters. The tech was nice and friendly. Would recommend again. He came out and inspected the outside unit, and part was bad and he had it on his truck. Put a little freon in and was on his way within 2 hours. <br />

I called the company on a Wednesday and they were able to set up an appointment for Friday.  The company's policy is apparently to call the day of the appointment before sending people out, and if you don't respond they don't send anyone.  So when I missed the call, they didn't send anyone.  When I realized I missed the call, the staffer was extremely rude, but was eventually able to get the technician to our house within 45 minutes of the scheduled time.  I understand wanting to confirm appointments, but when its only been two days for when service was requested I question whether that's necessary. <br /> The technician was kind and apologetic, and very help.  He inspected the air conditioner and gave us his diagnosis of the problem.  Explained that the compressor had failed, which was odd for a unit this young (<6yrs), and that we would need a new compressor or a new unit.  Also explained that they normally do not use Lennox, but could get us what we wanted.  Gave a price on a new compressor and told us to call their sales dept for a new unit, we did and got that price also. <br /> My wife suggested we call a Lennox dealer and their service man identified another problem with the unit along with the compressor that needed to be fixed and quotes us a price (with both items fixed) that was $700 less than Absolute.  Also stated that if a new unit was purchased that an entirely new duct system would need to be installed, which was not communicated to us by Absolute.  Both teh Lennox salesman and technician recommended not getting the new unit.  So if you have a Lennox, I would suggest using a Lennox dealer. <br />

Installation was great.  The removal of the old system and installation of the new one took less than 8 hours.  They were clean, professional, and knowledgeable.  System has run well so far, we had an old system that was 37 years old in there.  Expect to see marked improvements in our energy bills. <br />

The first technician arrived at the home and determined the fan needed to be replaced on the air conditioner unit.  He replaced the fan and we were told the home should be cool after a few hours.  About 5 or six hours later the temperature in our home remained the same (very warm).  <br /> The next morning we called Absolute Comfort Systems to inform them that the temp never dropped after the technician replaced the fan.  Another technician immediately responded and found that the original technician wired the condenser fan motor incorrectly which caused the unit to receive a constant voltage without the unit running.  He repaired the wiring, checked the compressor fan amps and checked the refrigerant.  The unit began working perfectly once these corrections were made.   There was no service charge for the second technician's visit. <br />

They were great. Someone came out early in the am to evaluate. He called me to explain the problem and my repair options. I chose one of the options and we were cool by evening. I appreciated their ability to get to us quickly and the great communication <br />

Good - no issues.  very prompt and reasonable cost.  I do believe they stand behind services and we have used them for years. <br />

First he tried to repair the existing icemaker. Failing that he replaced it.

Exceeded expectations

After spending nearly $400 with another service company (Fresh Aire) just to figure out what the problem was with our air conditioner, we decided to call Absolute Comfort System to actually fix the problem.  They had installed a humidifer on our HVAC system several years ago and we were very happy with both the work and the price then.  In this case, ACS was able to do the job for less than what Fresh Aire quoted us. They did the job for the price quoted, at the time and date promised.  And they didn't try to sell us extra services we didn't need.  I've never had a problem working with this company.

THE SERVICE REP WAS RICH WHO WAS GREAT! FIRST OF ALL, I FIGURED I WOULD NEED NEW AIR CONDITIONER, BUT HE SAID I DIDN'T. HIS HONESTY WAS THE FIRST THING TO IMPRESS ME. HE ALSO WAS INFORMATIVE, NICE, AND FRIENDLY. ROGERS WAS VERY PROMPT (SAME DAY AS CALL -- VERY IMPRESSED.) IT WAS THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR THE DAY BEFORE.

THEY WERE FAST! THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN 3 HOURS OF CALLING THEM FOR THE SERVICE. I WAS VERY PLEASED. PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT HAD TO BE DONE BUT THEN AGAIN I AM NEVER HAPPY ABOUT WHAT THINGS COST. REALISTICALLY THEIR PRICES WAS PROBABLY REASONABLE. EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING WHILE WORKING. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT.
