Sam came over within two hours of my call. He replaced both springs and pulleys in about an hour. He even noticed a problem with the hook on the automatic door rigging and took care of that as well. When he was done, he put a sticker with his contact info above the switch on the wall so I wouldn't have to search for his number in case I had any problems. I would hire them again!

Very well! Sam did the estimate and the installation. He was pleasant, courteous and obviously took a lot of pride in his workmanship. He installed a new, pressure-treated 6-by-8-foot frame for the door as well as tracks and all the mechanicals. The steel door isn't of the best quality (I bought the cheapest one they had), which isn't Sam's fault. I did have a problem with the lock after the installation and Sam returned and fixed it promptly.

Highly highly recommend Absolute Garage Doors!   We wanted new garage doors, and needed new lift gate motors as one was broken and the other was on the outs.  We had a few different companies come out to give us quotes.  We had some guys that were complete salesmen, others that had no idea what they were talking about.  And then we met Sam.  He was so extremely nice, professional, and most importantly - knowledgable.  And not only that, but his prices were the best!  We knew right away that we would be using Sam to install our new garage doors.  And we couldn't be happier with the finished product.  He uses all of the best materials, changed out our hardware, lift gates, garage door buttons, and flashing around the doors.  He was courteous and efficient, and even threw in some small extras.  I would definitely use Sam again, and would recommend him to anyone that needs new doors or repairs.  Top notch!!

Needed garage door and opener replaced.  Sam came out next day for estimate.  Very polite and courteous.  Quick written estimate/contract via email.  Had a few questions/concerns and Mia was a pleasure to speak with over the phone.  Scheduled appointment and Sam showed up on time, was neat and clean and did an excellent job.  Went above and beyond replacing things that other companies had not included in their quote.  Explained product in detail after he finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  Could hardly tell he was there. Excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend Sam at Absolute Garage Doors.  Wonderful customer service and a pleasure dealing with them.

It went excellent. Sam came on the schedule time. He did not make a mess was very polite. He was straightforward told me how much the price was going to be did not beat around the Bush no hidden fees.

I would use this vendor again in future projects ! The service was delivered at the time and date that was provided ! Quality of service was excellent ! I am very happy with the service and quality of work.

Everything was done with exceptional focus to detail and quality of workmanship. Great attention to detail the entire time. Very professional installation all around. No corners cut. No skipping of steps during the installation process. After installation clean-up was also great. I would definitely recommend Absolute Garage Doors to anyone who cares about having the job done properly and also wants it all done on a very cost competitive basis.

This was a Living Social Deal -- I thought it went ok but I didn't inspect the work.  The garage doors had been giving me lots of issues since Home Depot's contractor installed them and Absolute Garage doors came to tune them up. <br /> Two years later and the header bar is dangling from the front wall and I had major gaps leaving air flow in.  Within 6 months of service I was back to having issues.  <br /> While I don't hold Absolute Garage Door completely responsible I do feel that they should have pointed out some things as the header rail is part of the force control inspection you would think. <br /> I just paid $900 to have the complete two garage doors and openers reinstalled with parts -- hopefully this third time (third contractor for garage doors does the charm). <br /> <br /> <br />

He came in the morning 10 minutes earlier than scheduled and starting setting up promptly. He did not take any breakes or leave until the job was done. He answered all of my questions along the way and made sure I understood how to use everything. He cleaned up after himself and left no debris for me to pick up.
