My wife stopped using the system because of false alarms. When I returned I called Absolute Protection to cancel the service and I was told that the contract was for 3 years. I paid for a year and I thought that was the end the commitment. The salesman had me initial and sign the contact with no mention of the three year term. The contact also requires a written notice, 30 days in advance by certified letter. There is also a clause which allows them to increase the price by up to 9% after the first year. They haven't done this but it is another clause that was not mentioned when I signed up. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!!!

We had a new entry door installed and when the old framing was removed, realized there wasn’t enough wire available to reconnect the contact we called absolute and within 30 minutes a technician arrived and added the necessary length or wire. The next day another technician alarm contact.

I called Absolute Protection to install a new alarm system in my home. I wanted a system that was up to date with technology. I ended up with total connect and interactive services. I can arm and disarm my system by my phone, my kids, family members and housekeeper all have their own code and I can see when they come in and when they leave. Its been a life saver with sleep, I can go to bed and check to make sure my kids where in by their curfew by when they turned the alarm off!! Bill and Roger were great, very knowledgeable and professional. The installation crew (Rick and Steve) were great too! They were very knowledgeable and professional. I've only had to have 1 service call and it was scheduled the next day not weeks out!! I am so glad I went with a local family owned company!!! <br />
