They were the first to give us a quote and were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Installation was smooth, and they have been good at following up to make sure the system is working. Because our radon is still slightly high, they are doing another radon test and will follow up if it comes back high yet again. We would definitely recommend them to others!

George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again.

I think the total cost was around $2,500. I think the technical it is good, the good side, the bad side I think is the process between my first phone call and the last work was long.

George and his team did an excellent job with the install. I received quotes that were much higher for the same project and similar systems. As busy as George was he always answered my questions leading up to the install and was there right when he said he would be. George even helped me plumb a water line to my refrigerator and didn't charge me for the material he used! I have already recommended Absolute Water Systems to a friend and will certainly be using them for any future projects.

What impressed me first was that they knew what size system to install to meet our demand given that in the winter the water gets very cold and the ratings on the units are at 72 degrees not 34 degrees, so the next size up is needed. They installed the system with no issues, I would say that if you want to make sure that the filter unit is solidly installed you should make that clear and have them bolt it to something so it won't tip over if its pushed. I would say that you need to get a water analysis done either by this company or an independent, then give them the results to specify the system.

George and his team were extremely friendly and professional. This is a good group of people. Courteous and thoughtful, they were able to do a complete installation of both systems from scratch in about 6 hours.
The new radon remediation system (Bubble Up) has the added benefit of boosting the fixture pressure in the house to city level or better (60-75psi) as well as completely resolving the pH level of the water.
The cost was slightly lower than the other two quotes we received, partially due to the fact that Absolute offered a "multi-system" discount since two systems were going in at the same time.
If in your service area, I would highly recommend George Doumit of Absolute Water System.
It turned out exceptionally well! They showed up when they said they would show up. They quoted a price and stuck to it. They did the work when they said they would do it. They came out for routine maintenance check when they said they would and they did it. They gave us all the time we needed to talk to them. So they were exceptional. Their price was fantastic.

The tech that came out did an amazing job. He was professional and through. He arrived a few minutes later than expected but the office called at the expected arrival time to say he was running a few minutes late and he arrived when they said. The tech worked from 9:30am through 5:30pm with no breaks. I ordered pizza late afternoon but he politely declined and kept working.
While waiting for the chlorination in the pipes to wash out he went to all my sinks and cleaned out the sediment traps. He also thoroughly explained how all the systems work and what any alarms might mean.
When I was quoted on the water softener it was for a Repco Aquabubble 6AB system and when they came to install they installed a superior 3M system for the same price. The tech explained normally the 3M system was a couple hundred more. He also explained this water softener is more efficient and uses half the salt over the course of the year.
I would definitely recommend Absolute Water System. Dona in the office was easy to work with and patient with all of my questions. She even took the time to put together a quote for what the yearly maintenance costs for each unit will cost as well as their fees to come out. I had a lot of questions initially and even more once I did more research and she was great and answering everything. Several questions she needed to reach out to the owner of the company but emailed me back within 24 hours.
Based on the research and quotes I received, Absolute saved me over a $1100 over the 4 other companies that quoted me.
The work was scheduled by our real estate agent in 2011 and done prior to closing on our new home. Shortly after moving in I contacted Absolute to ask for literature and general information about the system they installed. They responded that they wasn't any literature and that they would contact me in a year to schedule service. I was disappointed in their response.
In September 2012 I received a service reminder postcard from Absolute. I contacted them and scheduled a day to have the service performed. I mentioned that we had a strong sulfur odor coming only from the water that ran through the system. Absolute never showed up for the appointment and e-mailed me the following week asking when they could come. The e-mail never acknowledged their failure to show up the previous week.
I contacted Advance Pump and Filter in Lee, NH to service my system. They responded promptly and discovered that Absolute had set up the system incorrectly by failing to install a back-washing system. They explained that the filtration material needed to be back-washed regularly based on manufacturer specs. Back-washing keeps the system working properly and extends it's life by flushing out contaminants. The cause of the sulfur smell was bacteria that had accumulated in the tanks due to a lack of back-washing.
Response from Absolute Water System LLC
"We installed system per the real estate agent to remove arsenic and radon water from water, so we did based on the inquiry, when we contacted [removed members name] I told him that sulfur smell would require a different approach the existing system will not handle it, but he didn't want to go ahead with my recommendation or the extra expense, reading his complaint the other company recommended backwashing system on the existing radon water system once it's converted to backwashing the system will not reduce radon efficiently."
