It was a good deal. They came soon after I bought the deal and they were on time. They got the job done in less than one hour. They sent one person out to do the job. The worker was friendly, professional, and explained the process and was trying to educate me on the service.

Owner is very professional and considerate. He was responsive and showed up on time. He explained the process well and then performed - even getting on the roof to make sure the vent was cleaned at the exit point!! In addition, he made some excellent recommendations. Great job. Did exactly what I expected. Not really sure how dirty the vent was but have lived in the home for 4 years without it being cleaned and not sure about the previous owners. No real degridation of the heating function but I know now that it is clean. Very informative. <br />

Arrived on time; courteous and extremely thorough. Had no problem moving our washer to get to our almost-inaccessible dryer vent. Vacuumed both from outside and inside. Explained we had a very long vent, with a and quot;trapand quot; that tended to acquire a heavy build-up of lint over time. Was extra careful to ensure this and quot;trapand quot; was clean. We will definitely by calling this gentleman back next year! <br />

We had neglected getting our dryer vent cleaned for several years and finally, when it began to take forever to get the clothes dry, we decided it was way past time. I checked Angie's list and saw that this company had nothing but and quot;Aand quot; ratings with comments indicating all of his customers were very satisfied. I can see why. I would give an A+ if that were an option. <br /> Could not be any more satisfied, great job, on time, fair price, explained what he was going to do, got it done in an hour. Doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommended. Not only will it save on your electricity or gas bill by doing the drying process much, much faster, but it also eliminates what could potentially be a fire hazard as well as extend the life of your dryer by cutting its running time practically in half. <br /> At $65, it is money very well spent, or even at the standard price of $79. Great job Ken, thanks. We'll definitely be contacting you in the future. <br />

My dryer was taking 2 cycles to dry any loads of laundry and it had been this way for at least the last couple of years. We've replaced the heating element 3x and I was at my wits end. I wasn't sure if purchasing a new dryer or replacing the vent from my existing 3and quot; pipe to a 4and quot; pipe would fix the issue. I called and left a message with some questions. Ken returned my call the same day. We discussed options and scheduled to have him come out 2 days later, Saturday morning. Ken called about 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at 10am and got to work. I had had an A/C vent cleaning service clean the vent about 12 months ago and they pulled out quite a bit of lint from the vent, but it appeared they didn't go all the way up to the roof. Ken thoroughly cleaned the vent from top to bottom and pulled out over a cubic foot of lint. My dryer dried a load of laundry for the first time in years in one cycle. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be having Ken come out annually to ensure our dryer vent is clear. <br />

Showed upon time, evaluated my vent system, explained it to me without trying to up-sale any items. He cleaned the system and put everything back together and once again covered with me what he did. We noticed a difference right away with our dryer. <br />

Ken arrived precisely on time, explained exactly what he would do and how he would access the dryer vent in my two-story home. He worked quickly, replacing vent joints with better quality tape and cleaned up after himself when finished. He guarantees his work and told me to call him back if I encountered any problems at all.
