I rate Heating A/C an 11 out of 10. The customer service was excellent. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job ahead of schedule. I had the entire unit installed, inside and out on one property and just the outside unit replaced on another property. I will definitely use him for future services and I highly recommend this Heating A/C. He deserves 10 stars because the services provided are priced fairly and the work is high quality.

Brian came out as soon as I called to diagnose our problem. He was easy to work with, showed up on time for a/c installation, did what he said he was going to do, charged a fair price, and came back out for follow-up to make sure everything was working correctly. I would call him again and have even recommended him to others. Call him!

Poor overall.. Service Provider replace condenser on that day. Work for 3 hour and left, house never cool down past 78 degrees. Call Service provider to come back and he was unable to get it to cool down more. Service provide return on Saturday to added more coolant/incorrect coolant and compressor fail. He said he would call back Saturday with plans to install another compressor and never call back. He send a text at 830, he would contact the manufacture to order another one. When I had not heard from at 10 am. I'd called Dent heating and Air, they quoted me a price $986 for a new compressor. They sent a tech that afternoon to determine the compression was bad. On Tuesday Dent sent out two tech to installed the compressor. Service Provider with AC and Heating call to cover the cost for the service and called it even. On Wednesday, I told him that I went a different route and he got nasty with me. I trying to sell my house, now I have stain on my brick from the lubricate spray on it. It cost my a/c to blow up. Too much coolant.

"You can read all this but long story short this guy was trying his best to think of a way to screw over the people about to buy his house that day before he left town. It was really none of my business but I did not agree with what he was trying to pull So I sandbagged on him as much as I could. The home inspection process is broken. The homes need to be inspected a second time to insure the work was actually done instead of just accepting a receipt of the repair at the closing table. I’m sorry but that is no where even close to the truth. A very long story short this individual had a house that was sitting vacant for along time and was for sale. He received a buyer contract on the house with the stipulation the air conditioner was repaired or replaced but he waited to the day of the closing to call me. He requested that I go to the house and put Freon in the unit. The only problem with doing that is that’s not repairing the problem but it turned out I could not do that anyway because the Freon was coming out faster than it was going in. The condenser coil was BLOWN out that’s how the oil got on the wall. I had nothing to do with that it was like that when I got there. I informed him that he needed to have the unit replaced he then asked “ is there anyway you can make it work just for a day ?” Realizing what he was trying to do -rip the home buyer off- I said NO. Then somehow or another he found out that he had 3 days left on his 10 year warranty. So the agreement was they would send him a new condenser (outdoor unit) and I would pick it up the next morning and install it. The next morning I went to pick it up and found out the manufacturer changed their mind and sent the coil only not a whole new unit. So I changed his coil and charged the system with Freon. When I turned it on that compressor sounded like it was about to come apart but it was working and he was happy. I got paid for my labor and left."

I spoke with the owner directly when setting up the appointment. Originally figured I'd have to wait a few days due to my work schedule. He offered to meet me after I got off at 8pm! Spent some time with the unit and got everything up and running. I paid around 125 for over an hour of their time. When comparing rates before calling,most charged 115 -125 just to show up, and that was regular business hours only! I would definitely recommend these guys!
