Excellent. Called Sunday morning, early. Had someone out there within 2 hours. Tech was able to accurately diagnose the problem and identify the parts that would be needed to repair. First thing Monday morning, Dave had an accurate quote with the required parts and had the Tech out to complete the repair once the parts had been picked up. Very responsive. Very communicative about what was going on and accurate about costs including labor and parts.

Amazing. I can't say more positive things about Dave and his crew. He answers the phone, is honest, goes out of the way for the customer, and is a true professional. What most impresses me about Dave is how honest, direct, knowledgable and professional he is. He tells you the truth and only charges what is necessary. He has a small crew and makes sure that the job is actually well done. How rare is that? There are so many companies in the Valley that overcharge you to take advantage, and their technicians have no idea what they are doing. Dave is a small business owner role model. He even went out of his way over the weekend to get the manufacturer replace a part under warranty- he is truly amazing.

It was fine we had no issues.

Went well.  The provider pointed out several items to watch for in the futree.  Installed several cut-off values at my request.  These were not part of the package. <br />

<p>somewhat mixed.</p> <p>Air conditioning unit was not working at all, in August, needed it diagnosed and fixed quickly.  I called about 6pm or so, and they said that they could get out that evening but not until 9 pm.  On the plus side, they did suggest a few other companies that might have technicians closer.  The other companies could not get there much faster, and I felt that was a nice thing to do to provide other alternatives, so I decided to go with this company.  They showed up a little after 9, was courteous and diagnosed the problem very quickly.  The fan over the compressor failed.  Did a quick internet search and give or take a few dollars, you can purchase the part pretty easily for 100.00.  They quoted 525 to start, ended at 470.00 and wouldn't really honor the angie's list coupon.  Figuring that their labor cost is 70.00/hour and it took them 1 1/2 hours, that is 100.00 of the 470.00.  So they were charging 370.00 for a 100.00 part.  While I understand that they are working late and providing a needed service and need to make a profit,   I can't help feel that they had an opportunity to gouge the price so they did.</p> <p>Bottom line, they got it to work, just had to pay through the nose for a fairly simple repair, wish that I had waited a day and just did it myself.</p> <br />

The technician checked my a/c unit and recommended I have a part replaced. He showed me the faulty part. The problem was that he didn't have the replacement on his truck. Rather than make a long round trip to get the part, he substituted a part used for commercial systems. My a/c is working well, but it does make a much louder noise when the unit clicks on. It's not a problem as long as it doesn't indicate an early demise. On another note, I appreciate friendly service, but I don't want to be drawn into lengthy conversations, either. I try not to be rude and cut people off , and that may lead to misunderstanding. He was really, really chatty. <br />

I was very happy.  I called them Saturday night and they told me they would be out first thing Monday morning.   They were there by 9 am inspecting the unit on the roof. We got the part at 10 am and they unit was up and running by 11 am.

I would recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge level. I had also gotten a quote from them for replacing the unit and actually moving it to a different location. The price that they gave me was very reasonable. I'm just thrilled with them all of the way.

I purchased AC tuneup for 3 AC units after seeing good reviews on Angie's list and a special. Provider was supposed to show up between 9-11 and I took a 1/2 day off from work. By 1055 provider had not shown or called so I called him only to be told he was in Glendale and on his way. Glendale is ~ 20 minutes from my home. I told him I had wasted my entire morning and was not okay with starting the service late. We rescheduled. <br /> <br />Ultimately, on the second try he showed up on time and performed the service requested. <br />

The service was good and they showed up on time. They found some stuff and we were able to correct it.

I had bought a service coupon for $59.00 dollars.  The cooler  is working well.   He gave me feedback on the high quality of my Rheems cooler. It still has a 10 year warranty. <br />
