My very humble opinion and I believe feel the following: L@@K STAY AWAY read their negative reviews beware AC Authority Inc 550 SE Port St Lucie Blvd Suite 7, Port St. Lucie, FL 34984 772-227-1192 772-758-2221 561-461-8581 kyle@acauthorityfl.com. Acts genuine but Took $7222.60 and ran like snake oil salesman. They ignore my emails, text etc to fix it. I never imagines a brand new unit I would have issues. Another negative Google review of new AC fail to fix. KYLE RICCIARDI claims ownership but license CAC1820176 name RANDALL KEITH RICKER claimss his Father. Hmm why his name? Installed 12/24 a BRAND NEW LOUD cavitation rough SOUND defective and/or inferior workmanship ICP Carrier HVAC system vibrates my house refuses to fix ignores request. COUNTY INSPECTOR YELLOW FLAGGED IT. Bought Porch Extended Warranty $750 I was lied they who told me any contractor but porch warranty states installing contractor can service. They lowered settings. bent air handler forcing it. see photos review

Company's technician, Chris, arrived promptly the following morning after service call was requested. He was polite, courteous and very thorough in determining the necessary repair. Made repair the following day after obtaining replacement refrigerant coil. Very pleased with repair and competency of technician. Technician did not try to sell us a new system, but replaced only what was needed to repair/restore the cooling system. Will use again.

I recently had an AC unit installed and Kyle and his staff were fantastic. The techs were professional, the staff in the office were great and Kyle took the time to go through everything with me so I understood what was going on.
