We are so grateful to ACCD and ROOFING NOW! They were there when we needed them the most!! In the middle of Hurricane Season, we had leaks because the previous roof wasn’t even stapled in several places! We even had most of the corners dry rotted and needed to be replaced! A Big company from Tampa came and gave us a quote, but if we took that it would have cost us 2 car payments! ACCD and ROOFING NOW! Swooped in like a super hero and not only rebuilt us a good strong roof that makes me feel safe, but also gave us a reasonable price that our house insurance would be able to work with. It was a pleasure working with this company and I would recommend them to anyone needing help. They are good people, and they don’t come around often.

Everything was done in one week. I had no issues and it was the only contractor who called me after being referred by Tri-County Metal (who sent my info to two contractors). Communication was at every step from estimate to final inspection.

Fantastic. Keith was very responsive and his bid was very competitive and he was very responsive to all of my questions. Jairo and the team arrived early in the morning and started work right away. The previous roof installer didn't do everything the way it should have been so it gave them a bit of extra work. they solved the issues and made it right. That's all i could have asked. They went above and beyond to make us happy and ensure we had no issues

Great quality and great service!! Roof was quoted on Saturday for a good price and the roof was finished on Tuesday. Site guys were courteous and nice and also professional and helpful. Communication and flexibility was top notch for the entire project! Great cleanup at the end of the project! defiantly 5 stars

Keith Powers and his crew at American Commercial Construction and Development did an excellent job on my recent roof replacement. The job was done promptly and professionally. His crew was courteous and cleaned up all debris during the job and after it was finished. Keith kept me informed through out the process as to what I should expect. I requested that Keith and his crew replace both my home roof and my dock roof. I considered the dock roof particularly challenging but Keith and his crew were able to complete both jobs in four working days to my satisfaction. I would recommend American Commercial Construction and Development to my friends for their roofing needs in the future.

The owner came out to the house and made it seem as if these were his own workers that they worked for him when as the project went along we realized he's subcontracting he definitely misled us, then he told us we had to write him a review on Angi's List, BBB, Yelp, and Google before the job even started. Then he told me I had to go to my email and confirm the payment plan we worked out but in reality it was to confirm the full payment and again the job hadn't even started yet. Once the job did start the crew he sent to our house was completely reckless and unprofessional. They trashed our yard with water bottles, food rappers, even some of their clothes. During the first day they were throwing the tools and shingles stacking all the equipment in 1 place, we started to hear the wood cracking and ran outside begging them to stop 4 times before they finally did, it took us another time going out to get someone to come in and see the damage, he didn't even come in he just said they'd be more careful and ashered us they would fix it from the roof, not only is it not fixed but the middle of our roof where they caused the damage is completely pushed in at least 3 inches. I called the owner right away and he said it was warter damage but there was no damage at all where they came through at, not to mention he said he'd be out to look at the damage and yet he hasn't, he couldn't even give us the courtesy of a call. After the 1st day they left it was a Thursday and they didn't return until Tuesday with no notice to us about why they weren't there Friday or Monday. When the job was finished they ripped up flowers in the front clear from the root, broke my elephant ears, and trashed our porch. We have patio chairs out there and both were stained and 1 was covered in black tar so it's ruined. We've tried being patient and giving them the benefit of the doubt but now it's clear he has no plans to make this right. We pray you can help, this whole situation has been a nightmare

"I dont know where you get my guys dont work for American they are all on payroll and work for Amerian, We started on time and replced 25 sheet of plywood that we never charged you for, repaired that mess on your roof. I apolgise I personally have not been back but we have passed all inspections and did exactly and more then we promised. You should be ashamed of this review and think before you speak. The yard was mess and the roof was in such disrepair for Years, the bank sent you a form that you signed off on and gave permission to fund the job. The chair and personal items are covered in the contract its the owners responsiblty to store these items in a safe place. We cant be responsible for personal items left in the work area by the owner especially when Years of owner neglect has left the roof is such on going issues and put the burden on my crew to repair and have no extra money to pay for them, then looking to get even more for free, we have bent over backward for this owner we lost money on the project and we get this review. Please let us know if you need any service on the roof. As for the 3 in sag in the drywall we sat in the living room together and I told them both that with all the decay on the roof that if the drywall fell in we would not be responsble and he said he undertood, they are lucky the over the years and with the mess thay were living in it didnt fall in Years ago and be thanking us fo helping them. Please read the term and condition of your agreement, pre existing conditions will apply to all your claims, its very important you read the agreement you signed and agreed to. YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE LET THE HOME REACH THE LEVEL OF DECAY IT WAS IN>"

American Commercial Construction and Development is one of the best Roofing Companies. A month ago, I hired this company to redo my roof; I’m really satisfied!!! I never give reviews but this company is outstanding! The contractor was Keith Powers and he was great. The crew that they had send out did a wonderful job, they're meticulous and they did great job. My neighbors have commented that they were impressed with the company and the work that was being done. I'm extremely satisfied! I never ever give reviews, never ever but this company deserves it. I highly recommend them! They were so clean, they picked up everything and I can't find anything wrong. Everything was done to perfection. I've got a 50 year warranty on my roof and if it sold to anew owner it is transferrable.

The owner came out to talk to us and do the inspection. He was very professional and did it quickly as possible because of the weather. it was excellent job. Everything were all coordinated, the staff are all friendly and answers all my questions, They make sure that the debris removed and pick up. I will recommend them to anybody. They gave discounts to veterans and senior citizen,

Keith Powers came by and gave us a very reasonable quote. We decided to use his company ACCD inc. for our new roof. They started the job of Thursday and finished Friday. Very professional crew did excellent work. My wife and I are very satisfied with the final product. I would recommend them for your roofing needs. Honest. fair, and professional work.
