Knowledgeable, highly capable, flexible, and ever-available, Aaron has these and many more qualities to recommend him as an entertainment systems expert. When he first arrived at our home, he thoughtfully listened to our projected plan and offered invaluable insight as to how we might go about installing the correct system, considering various possibilities at different costs. He also offered excellent suggestions to improve on what we had in mind. When we finally decided what we wanted to do, he went about purchasing the components and then installing them. We love our new system, which exceeded our expectations in both quality and functionality. But what has been particularly impressive to us is Aaron’s follow up. He responded almost instantly to our initial questions and after about a week came over again to offer his expertise in training us to use our new system properly, tailoring it to our specific needs. He spent this time with us at no extra cost. Since then, a couple of other minor issues have come up, and Aaron is always patient and unfailingly responsive. It is evident that he takes considerable pride in his work and takes pleasure in assisting and educating his clients. We very much appreciate him and his efforts.
