Accent Roofing Service

From the first contact with Bobby, the sales rep, the process to get new shingles roofing installed went without a hitch. The proposal was extremely detailed and questions were answered quickly. Jorge, the project management kept me well informed during the day of the roof replacement. Everyone was friendly, the work was done well and everything was cleaned up very well. Overall a great experience.

Bobby was great to work with. He was very professional and educational. His team was also great. We had a couple of concerns come up after a storm and he sent over Creighton the same day to check everything out for us. I would highly recommend them!

It was done in an excellent fashion and met all my expectations. Bobby Wiggins met with me and my wife… took pictures and showed all the areas that were missing asphalt and where the shingles were missing/compromised. The onsite project manager was Osman Lopez directly supervised the installation project. He was there the entire time and answered all of my questions and explained everything that was going on and the purpose of the materials that were being used. An excellent job well done and again thanks to both Bobby Wiggins, Osman Lopez and a great instillation crew for their excellent work.

Bobby and Joey’s team was wonderful to work with. When we had an emergency roof leak, they responded quickly, proactively identified what needed to be done, answered all our questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. We appreciated their quality workmanship and dependable service. I would highly recommend Bobby and Joey’s team to anyone looking for a roofing company!

We are so happy we hired Accent Roofing to replace our 16 year old roof. They did such an amazing job. Our sales representative, Bobby was amazing and took such good care of us by answering all of our questions and taking the time to explain everything to us. Harley was our project manager during the installation and he was great as well and kept us informed the whole time. The whole process was seamless. Will definitely be recommending them to anyone needing roofing work!

Bobby and Ben were both great, communicated well, followed up to make sure that every thing was done right and did a great job!

Bobbi came out to give us a quote. It was fairly priced and returned to us quickly. Accent was great with communication. They talked with us through the whole process and sent detailed instructions. We had a major HOA glitch on our side and they were patient. They provided pictures of each step and got it done in a timely manner, despite the crushing heat. After the project was completed Bobbi reached out to see how it had gone.

Great Service!

Bobby was simply amazing from start to end. The repair was reasonably priced and executed flawlessly.

We reached out to Accent Roofing to come out and provide us an estimate for replacing our roof. Our roof specialist was Bobby Wiggins. Bobby took his time and explained how the process would work and what to expect. He was clear about how the warranty would be handled. If there were ever any issues he talked about the certifications they had any experience level of their crews. Experience overall is really well. The project manager was on site to direct the team and he provided constant feedback as the work was being done overall was a really good experience and I would recommend accent Roofing.

Hi I meet Bobby the consultant with Accent Roofing Services to discuss what repairs, Needed to be done on my roof. He was very professional. He explained how the process would take place for the repairs step by step. I was treated like he cared about my issues and not just getting the roof repaired. Once the crew arrived, Harley the foreman was very respectful and engaging. He showed me pictures of the work before and after, asked if I had any questions. I am please with the work that was done. I WILL DEFINITELY, let my family and friends know to call Accent Roofing Services for any roof repairs

We have complete roof replacement done with Accent Roofing. The team was very professional from the start and especially Bobby Wiggins helped us get the roof design figured out, shingles selected and were very flexible. Overall great experience with Accent Roofing and really recommend their service and professionalism.

Bobby did a great job liaising with the insurers and looking after our interest throughout the job. Great guy, fully recommended.

Bobby and the team did a great job replacing the roof over our bay window. They?ve done other jobs for us before too and have been excellent. We highly recommend them!

Bobby is very knowledgeable and quickly caught multiple issues with my shingles and flashing. I knew I was in good hands and the replacement went perfect.

Starting with Bobby Wiggins, through to the project managers, Gabe and Creighton, our roof install was incredibly effortless. They all have a level of professionalism that is very refreshing to encounter. The job was performed on time, despite some challenging weather issues. All throughout they effectively communicated all aspects of the process and were extremely responsive to any inquiries. I would highly recommend Accent Roofing to anyone who might be hesitant of dealing with Roofing companies. They truly deliver above and beyond.

Accent Roofing is an outstanding company to do business with. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional from start to finish and made replacing our roof an easy process. When we decided to reroof our home, we researched roofing companies in the greater Atlanta area. After interviewing several companies, we found Accent’s impressive with a sizable 5-star review count by satisfied customers. Every single person we engaged with at Accent (whether the phone crew in the office( Ashley ), Bobby who came out to the house to give us the quote, Jessica who came out to the house at several points to document the state of the outside of the house before the project began and after completed. Even the company who dropped off the dumpster bin in the driveway the night before the crew showed up was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The professionalism of this company is beyond compare. Bobby Wiggins was thorough with shingle samples, product warranty and explaining the installation timeline, tearing off the old roof, inspecting & replacing roof decking, Installing drip edge, covering the roof decking with underlayment, waterproof membrane installation, flashing the walls, shingles installation, roof vents-pipe boots, ridge cap shingles and clean up. Our job site manager, Gabe , was incredible. He provided updates all during the day with aerial views of stages of roof replacement . The installation crew ( Jesus Crew )did an outstanding job starting at 7 am in the morning working throughout the day from tear out to shingles installation. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything, and I mean everything. There was literally nothing for us to do when the project day was over but enjoy our new roof. I highly recommend Accent Roofing for their professionalism, quality work and top-notch customer service. 5 Stars !!

Did a great job.

Did a great job!

Accent did an excellent job replacing my roof. Bobby went above and beyond to assure that we were satisfied. When we had a tough time deciding on shingle color, he went out of his way to provide additional large size color samples. Would recommend and use them again.

Bobby Wiggins did a roofing job for my family. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. I’d recommend Bobby to anyone who needs a roofing job done!

We used this company recently and couldn’t be happier! A huge shout out to Bobby Wiggins for all his help with our project needs. He communicated effectively and respectfully. Ask for Bobby Wiggins and you can’t go wrong!

Bobby Wiggins and his team were professional and were fantastic to work with. They communicated with us every step of the way and made the entire process stress free. I highly recommend Accent Roofing.

I had a new roof installed by a company doing business in Atlanta but their home state was Maryland. BIG MISTAKE. The roof leaked in many places. I called Accent Roofing for repairs as the other company would do nothing. Bobby Wiggins, a competent and polite gentleman came out and explained what repairs were necessary to fix the roof. Accent repaired the roof and after a heavy rain, I had no leaks.

It was truly a pleasant experience. Bobby Wiggins was a superstar. I appreciate him and he was a true professional. Thanks
