"We were told multiple times the check was mailed from the tribe. As it turned out, the tribe was not being honest. The [Member Name Removed]'s told us it would be a week to 10 days to get the check from the tribe, as the 5th week approached, we did start pushing the issue because the customer was telling us one thing and the tribe was telling us another. It was understood from the start that part of the money would be coming from the tribe, but it was also understood that it would be 7-10 days, not 5 weeks. I do not agree with the F rating, as we fulfilled our contract within the allotted timeframe."
"We were unable to finish the job in 2 return trips, due to water standing in the crawlspace. Customer assured me her plumber had told her there were no leaks. Upon the latest return I decided to try and find the source of the water myself, customer's plumber had missed a problem, there was no drain line attached to the bathtub (Hard to believe a plumber missed that). Crawlspace is standing in 3" of water and will need to dry out for a few weeks in order for us to finish the repair. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but flooding is NOT a warranty issue, and your warranty certificate explains that. We will return once the pipe is repaired and the crawlspace is dry so we can finish our work, and we will waive the usual $495.00 adjustment fee for out-of-warranty adjustments. Unfortunately, we cannot control the competence of contractors that are not associated with Accu-Pier."
"The slab on [member name removed]'s add-on was very sub-standard. We did everything we contracted to do for [member name removed], but the condition of the add-on slab was such that all we could do was try to stabilize it. The add-on slab could not be lifted without doing more damage to it. The original slab was lifted fine and stabilized."
