Not only has Accu-Pier repaired the foundation on my own personal property, I am a Realtor and have referred Mike Watson with Accu-Pier to several clients for foundation and roof repair/replacement. I have not received any negative reports from my clients. I have found Mike Watson and his crew to be professional, honest, timely, dependable and competitively priced--which is not always easy to find among contractors in my area. Mike has serviced the Cedar Creek Lake and surrounding area for many years and understands the uniqueness of the soil and terrain. I continue to refer Accu-Pier to my clients.

They came out. Their equipment was good. Looked like he had really good measurements but I explained to them what the deal was on it. My wife is half Native American and we were getting a grant, up to $5000, from the tribe. I explained to them it takes a while to do it. They have to do a meeting. They kept hounding us because they didn't get it. They had a problem at the tribe, someone was on vacation, they lost the paperwork, one thing led to another but they were late. I explained what happened and they were going to get it. They said they would take it to court if they didn't get the money by a certain date. They were going to put a lien on the house. Then, we were on vacation. My wife has it set up on her smart phone where she could watch who's at the front door. They were at our front door pacing , going back and forth, acting like we weren't there, like we were hiding or something, so no, I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. We had cheaper estimates, but no lifetime warranties with them. We told them we talked to the tribe trying to speed it up. Eventually, they did it. We did explain it that they were late paying. He knew that when they took the job. I paid the difference right away, it wasn't like they didn't have any money. Their policy was they'd pay half the money before the job and he said that wasn't necessary, so he had the chance to get money first.
Response from Accu-Pier Foundation Repair LLC
"We were told multiple times the check was mailed from the tribe. As it turned out, the tribe was not being honest. The [Member Name Removed]'s told us it would be a week to 10 days to get the check from the tribe, as the 5th week approached, we did start pushing the issue because the customer was telling us one thing and the tribe was telling us another. It was understood from the start that part of the money would be coming from the tribe, but it was also understood that it would be 7-10 days, not 5 weeks. I do not agree with the F rating, as we fulfilled our contract within the allotted timeframe."

Accu-Pier Foundation Repair sent a crew of about 5 men. They were on time, knowledgeable and thorough. The next day an engineer came on sight, completed the job. Good work, cleaned up and the work was excellent!

Even though this company has come highly recommended by my realtor, I'm not sure at this moment in time I would use them again. It seems Accu-Pier has gotten too big and can not handle the work that they have. I've done everything they have asked me to do and have had a leak issue fixed. I'm not sure that the leak was not caused by Accu-Pier when they were knocking out the old stumps. After installing some underpinning on the house, I noticed that not all the stumps have been removed as was indicated in the work-order and still under the house. After waiting more than six weeks for the follow-up, I had to call and make an appointment. Then I had to wait for the rain/sleet to melt and dry up, and then I had to wait until they finally realized that some plumbing was not connected. Then I was told they would come out on Friday only to be told it will be another few days. I did have a plumber come out and inspect all plumbing before this work was done so I know that the plumbing was fine when they started. My "great job" is now no longer a great job as it is holding me up with the rest of the restoration that I am needing done on this house. I wish I had better results to share. If they decide to honor their warranty and finish with the six week follow-up in a timely manner that I am happy with, I'll post another update.

Response: There is no need to return. I am done with your service and have moved on. If your company had returned in the six weeks that you claim is your standard without me having to contact you, we might have found this sooner. Also, you did not find it, one of your workers who had not been out before found it. Also, after further investigating the work done by your company, it appears that not all the work was done. The job included removing all stumps and replacing them with concrete blocks and steel shims. This was not done. Again, I'm done with Accu-Pier and I have moved on.

"We were unable to finish the job in 2 return trips, due to water standing in the crawlspace. Customer assured me her plumber had told her there were no leaks. Upon the latest return I decided to try and find the source of the water myself, customer's plumber had missed a problem, there was no drain line attached to the bathtub (Hard to believe a plumber missed that). Crawlspace is standing in 3" of water and will need to dry out for a few weeks in order for us to finish the repair. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but flooding is NOT a warranty issue, and your warranty certificate explains that. We will return once the pipe is repaired and the crawlspace is dry so we can finish our work, and we will waive the usual $495.00 adjustment fee for out-of-warranty adjustments. Unfortunately, we cannot control the competence of contractors that are not associated with Accu-Pier."

Gary Valentine was great and very thorough in explaining everything to us. We got the quote and they started promptly... Victor was very competent in foreman skills and when they were done - we were very pleased with the end result! our doors closed again and cracks closed up. Very happy with the work and company! Would highly recommend this company.
going out of my back yard. He is like most promises but unable or unwilling to back up his job.
Response from Accu-Pier Foundation Repair LLC
"The slab on [member name removed]'s add-on was very sub-standard. We did everything we contracted to do for [member name removed], but the condition of the add-on slab was such that all we could do was try to stabilize it. The add-on slab could not be lifted without doing more damage to it. The original slab was lifted fine and stabilized."

The guys came to my home and dug holes all the way around the house. It took all day. Then, they came back the next day and installed the piers and refilled the holes that they dug. I was very pleased with the work, and the guys were very nice. They left my home as it was before the work and they were fast!
