John was very careful and meticulous. He obviously knows his job very well. I will know within a few months whether John's intervention permanently fixed this problem with my freezer. I will then update my review.

The professional from Accurate Appliance arrived on time and was very efficient. I thought that I may have needed a new pump and motor, or even worse, a new washing machine. I was informed that I only needed a drain pump and I do appreciate him being honest with me because I had no idea. The gentleman even put the bottom front panel of the washing machine back on, installing new clips all at no extra charge. I broke them when I was trying to troubleshoot.
