Confusing! First visit the service person arrived on time. Immediately stated he had nothing to remove cat hair. We vacuumed chairs to remove hair. He then started cleaning. Cleaning job was below par. I mentioned that the backs had not been done, he said he could wet them down but his cleaning equipment had been put away. I sent pictures (see pictures below) to the company asking them to decide if it was a good job. I received calls both from the scheduler and owner. Both anxious to make it right. Owner said he would come personally. Appointment was made. Day of the appointment the same serviceman that did job the first time showed up, walked in, asked what was the problem. We showed him and he said I have no crevice tools to clean that area. We thanked him and he left. If you want a good cleaning job, I would not use this company. Their tools are very limited. No way to remove hair or get into crevices. Overall very dissatisfied, total waste of time and money. Service person arrived on time and earlier then scheduled, polite. But please look at the pictures below before you decide to use them. The price would have been great if the chairs had been cleaned well, since they were not, the price was to high.

Scott from Accurate Care performed much needed carpet cleaning of every room in our home. He was on time, swift yet very efficient and did a wonderful job! We are now very happy with our clean, fresh carpet and will call again soon for tile and grout cleaning and pressure washing.

I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again.

Service was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I didn't have much hope for my 12-year-old carpet, but it really came back to life, especially in the high traffic areas. The tile and grout look great, too. Definitely an excellent job!

They did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgable and cleaned up everything before leaving. Having the coupon was great but i would hire them again without it. They also called explaining they would be a few minutes late.
