I had a house fire and my whole house got completely soaked from the fire department. So I called accurate restoration services, to do the water clean up/ mitigation. They also handled the remodel. They were there the next morning. Very thorough and did an excellent job!

I had a water pipe burst in my finished basement and flooded it. So I called accurate restoration services to handle the water extraction and mitigation. And after that I had them do the repair. Very professional and did a great job! Thanks!

Terry was very quick to respond and set about scheduling people to remove the drywall, treat for mold, and another crew to repair the drywall. The only hiccup was the crew to repair the drywall did not show up on time (5 hours late one day) and cost more than originally quoted (but only by $75 so, not horrible) Overall was not as bad an experience as I thought it would have been.

Terry was incredibly responsive....even though this was a non-emergency situation, he was at my home within an hour. Terry was very thoughtful in his estimation, as well. The crew did a great job and worked well together; Terry gave professional guidance throughout. Terry was flexible in accommodating my schedule, which was much appreciated.

"Home Owner had a sump pump go out on her because of the hard rain and no electricity that took place in her neighborhood that week. It destroyed her basement there was mold every where, so we had to do a complete gut on her basement and then we helped her recover her losses with her insurance company after that we did the repair. The total cost out of pocket for her deductible was $1000.00 her insurance company paid About $28,000 for the remodeling of her basement."
