They were awesome!!! They had challenges and didn’t sweat it.

ACCURATE TREE SERVICE /GARY NULL CEO takes your money and do not complete their work. They do no answer telephone messages left for issues left undone. They do not answer emails or any U.S. Mail request. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. AS OF THIS DAY I HAVE YET TO HAVE MY SERVICES COMPLETED AS PAID FOR.

He did an excellent job on the tree. The only reason, I didn’t rate him as excellent was because he made 2 appointments that he did not keep, and both times I had to call him to see where he was. I left work early the second time, and then he was a no show. But, when he finally did the work, I was very pleased, and I would call him again if I needed other work done.

Excellent all around, quote, promptness, clean up. Payment included stump grinding, which the crew was unable to do 3 weeks ago. Gary has reassured me that it will be done and explained the situation to me. Rating will be an A+ and I will be even more pleased when stump is removed. I plan to use Accurate Tree and Landscaping Service again for trimming and maintenance.

Gary and his team of men showed up on the Fourth of July on one of the hottest days of the year. They were friendly and professional. They climbed trees, sawed and chipped limbs for a day and a half. When they were done the trees look gorgeous, the yard is immaculate and we couldn’t be happier. Neighbors are already asking who we hired ?. We highly recommend this team for any tree trimming needs!!!

They removed a large tree that was covered in ivy and trimmed two others back to the property line. They did a wonderful job without causing any collateral damage and cleaned up well after the job. They were very professional and worked very hard. I would absolutely hire them again!

The Team showed up on the job site on time and completed the job within the time frame describe by Gary. We met his crew they were all very professional, and courteous. The work was very detailed and you can tell they know their craft. Gary was wonderful. I received everything that was promised and in a timely manners. Everyone worked well together to see that the work done was to my satisfaction. They were so professional, they were all’s big softie with the dogs. Amazing work and so comfortable to bounce ideas with. Other people placed bids told US what we wanted. Not fun.

Gary and the rest of the team at Accurate Tree and Landscaping Services did a great job at taking down a tree and grinding some stumps. The tree had a powerline on one side and telephone lines on the other. They were able to remove it like a surgeon transplanting a heart. These guys have my heart and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

It went really good, everything as planned. The price was competitive we were looking for many quotes before hiring. They were super professional, they worked hard to finish the job in one day as promised and left everything clean even my neighbors’. So we are very happy with the ended up job so definitely we’ll hire them again. Thanks a lot Gary and his crew!!!!!!

The owner, Gary, was very responsive and quick to return calls. He gave a fair bid for the service needed. The work was done within one day of finalizing the job. I'd give Gary an A rating for his responsiveness, promptness, and fair price. When the crew arrived to do the work, things went less smoothly than predicted. I contracted this job out to a professional trimming service because I did not feel comfortable trimming close to my power line. I did not want to risk knocking my power out. The first thing the crew did was cut the branch over the power line and it landed directly on the line and became slightly entangled in the line. It was quite a large branch, but luckily didn't knock down the line. I was not confident things would go great after seeing this. Later, a large chunk of tree was landed on an old retaining wall (see pic) and did some minor damage to it. I watched as the crew partially landed some larger branches that grazed a small tin shed I own, but there was no discernible damage. I am not confident this company could be trusted for a larger job. All in all, my yard has some minor gouges in it from landing larger branches(see pics, orange cones represent holes), but the ground was very soft. The most discouraging thing about the job was the clean up efforts. They left plenty of saw dust from breaking down the larger portions, a few smaller twigs by the curb from loading the flatbed trailer, and an empty Gatorade bottle in the yard. This could of been easily avoided with about 15 minutes of raking and checking. They did remove a small pile of branches that I cut, but I give the crew a C rating. I got the feeling that the crew really wasn't too concerned with making sure the property was properly groomed or damage free. I will admit that I am a picky person about maintaining a high standard for contracted jobs, but when you pay someone almost $400, it should be done satisfactorily. I don't think I'd hire this company again.

All went well. Very professional. The company helped worked through some issues with power company. Great clean-up. Highly recommend. Great on-going communication when needed. Always responded quickly when I contacted. Would definitely use again.

Went really well and when asked to return to do small bit of additional requirements, were very responsive and timely in completing the tasks.
