"Thank you for the review. This was a complete ductwork job on new construction ( no furnace or a/c included just ductwork) and 1 week before we were to start the customer asked us to install a furnace also because they found out they were unable to do it themselves so we accommodated the last minute request. The plans for the job, ductwork and furnace were shown to the home owner and general contractor for approval and it was given to us. General contractor was supposed to cut holes for us to run main duct to attic and that never occurred so we did it ourselves to keep the customers project on schedule, no issues were brought to my attention about any work not getting done so I cannot comment on that. But I would add that we would have fixed any issues that were brought up that is our commitment to Quality that we take very seriously. Thank you for taking your time to read our reviews."
