We hired them to do some maintenance and first thing they said was "you need a new system". I seriously dislike technicians who become salespeople. They did the maintenance. I didn't get a new AC and one year later the old AC is working just fine

Very friendly and took time to explain each repair my system required. Not cheap, but well worth the $. They showed up on time with all parts and worked steadily until the job was completed. Called a few weeks later to ensure I was satisfied with service and not having any new issues with my AC system. Will stick with this company.

After dealing with a different ac company which led me in a very bad direction and had hideous customer service, I called ac doctors at 4:30 on Friday afternoon. They sent someone out at 7:00 that evening to diagnose the situation, were out here at 10:00 am on Saturday morning and were done by Saturday mid afternoon! The technicians were professional yet friendly and personable. AC Doctors were absolutely amazing and by far one of the best businesses I had ever dealt with. I recommend them beyond highly!

Guy came out to do annual maintenance. It took him 2.5 hours and he said I needed a new interior unit for $8000 because the drain pan is rusty, even though it was working fine. That price is astronomical and competing bids said I didn't need a new unit and even if I did, the cost would be less than half to get a top off the line unit. Not happy.

He took two hours because he checked every component in your ac system. including ductwork. The system is very old and even has model numbers faded. Duct work torn etc. He recommended a complete system and duct work for efficiency. The price is actually low in my opinion. I'm not sure where the mix up was that you thought an indoor system would cost $8000. I just reviewed the invoice myself. Raul came out to service my AC unit; he was very professional and seemed to come across as being honest. He appears to be very knowledgeable and knows how to give good advise to customers about how to maintain and service the outside and inside units. After conducting his checks, he pointed out a discrepancy with the outside unit, but didn't pressure me to repair it on the spot. I asked him to give me a quote with military discount and he did. I decided to have him replace a part that was not installed when the unit was purchased with my new house. He was very thorough in explaining why that part was so crucial. It would save me from having to replace other parts and for the unit to last me a lot longer. I would definitely recommend Raul to friends and family.

The AC Doctors no only came on time but actually text'd me hours ahead to let me know they were available sooner. Raul was my repair man, he was courteous and very professional. He told exactly what was wrong and did not pressure me to purchase any additional products. The repair was fast and easy and advised me on how to better maintain the unit going forward. I will definitely be using AC Doctors again when I need AC repair.

We are selling our house and needed the AC checked. Robert, the service manager, was very professional and explained what needed repair and what didn't. He even offered to speak to the buyer to explain to him what he found and repaired and to address any concerns he might have. . Robert went above and beyond the normal level of customer service!
