" To Whom It May Concern, Mr. Cutler presents himself very professionally in his field of business. His crew of men were trained to represent the company in a professional manner and to pay attention to detail. His crew would be reprimanded or fired if they leave the client's house in a mess. They know that they have to cover every floor in the home before doing any work and also cover cabinets and appliances, which was done at Ms. [Member Name Removed]'s home. According to Mr. Cutler, Ms. [Member Name Removed] made him and his guys believe she was a struggling single mother. Him and his guys got caught up in her web of sorrow and started feeling sorry for her. They were doing many things for her with no charge. Things such as the living room ceiling that was sagging/ wet and needed repair which was repaired, also his guys repaired virtually every walls for free and painted the kitchen ceiling for free as well. They then tore out the sections of the old sheet-rock to repair the four walls. Mr. Cutler said that he did not even mentioned any price while speaking with her but he told her of the problem then repaired it at no cost to the home owner. Those walls were the walls that some contractors scammed her with, she referred to them as a couple of contractors. AC Drywall ended up doing them over for free. They also fixed the water leak for nothing. When he took the job he decided to take the job with no upfront money. Therefore, AC drywall had to go out and purchase all the materials and pay his guys before he was paid. Ms. [Member Name Removed] was so upset because she thought his men were putting food in the refrigerator. Which they did not put any food in her refrigerator. To appease her AC Drywall and the crew came together and cleaned out the refrigerator. The floor was in such poor condition so his guys cleaned and mopped the floor thoroughly. Everything hit the fan when she asked to do the back splash and when he gave her a price and she rejected the price to remodel the bathroom. She actually thought it should be done for free. Ms. [Member Name Removed] became spoiled and expected everything to be either free or low cost. She called him about items she asked him to discard which AC Drywall paid a Trash Company to remove a bunch of her trash that was previously there. She also noticed that someone had spray paint all over a floor upstairs.
