Customer service was excellent. Travis came out to my address in Saginaw and was amazing and very personable. He did a great job on my carpets and one room was a mess! I will definitely be hiring them again when needed.

Contacted Matt to get information about cleaning our carpet. He asked questions about size of home, type of carpet, etc. He determined that steam cleaning would be the best method for our carpet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days.
Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! We recommend this company highly!!

I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis.

We had several jobs done by professional carpet expert Travis. Our carpet looks new as well as our sofas and lazy boy recliner. My ceramic tile floor sparkles like new. Ace is everything you need in carpet cleaning, wood floors, duct cleaning, curtains, carpeted stairs, upholstered and leather furniture, tile & grout AND MORE! Matt has taken care of us many times after we moved into our home years ago, and the last two years Travis has transformed my mom's house after completing each of the services I mentioned above. Very well! Matt showed up on time and was very knowledgeable of the materials and different options for protecting the carpet/pad and explaining what he will be doing. He went the extra mile in making sure the new pad and cleanliness of the carpet was perfect. Definitely would hire again for carpet cleaning in current living situation and for future!

The areas without stains were cleaned very well. The upholstery was done great and now looks like new. They came back upon request to reclean areas that had extensive stains and Matt did these areas himself and did a fantastic job! This was not a quick 2 or 3 hour job as we have had in the past. Matt did a very thorough job and altogether spent over 10 hours here. Our carpets now look like new and it’s the best carpet cleaning we have ever had done.

Matthew did an excellent job removing stains and discolorations from our carpet that wouldn't come out with other methods we tried. The price was good especially for the large amount of work required and not having to install a new carpet! He was able to show up fast within the few days we had available from the time of scheduling.

I am super impressed! Matt did an amazing job and was readily available when we needed him. He did such a great job on all our carpets, we had him come back and do our tile. All the grout is back to its original color and resealed. It looks awesome. I would highly recommend this company. I will always use this company for our carpet/tile cleaning needs.

The light colored Berber carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a while but Matt did and excellent job. Never thought that the carpets could look so good. We will definitely use him again.

Matt was prompt in scheduling appointment for estimate, showed up for the estimate appointment and cleaning appointment when he said he would. Matt was professional, did a great job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas and had great follow-up. Didn't come in with a low ball price and then try to sell additional services to make the job bigger. He quoted what he thought would be required for me to be happy with the job the first time.
