I absolutely love and trust the work done by Mark and his team at Ace Electrical. Mark and his team are efficient, hard working, dedicated to safety, have incredible attention to detail, asking for my preference in areas I had expressed wanting to achieve a specific look. They show up on time, prepared to work. Ace’s pricing is incredibly fair - especially given the quality he delivers. Mark’s communication was the most thorough and prompt I’ve ever received from any service we have hired. Mark and I went back and forth a couple of times because I hadn’t decided which fixtures to replace. He was patient, helpful and gave me numerous quotes based on the various options I was considering. Mark and his team’s communication was excellent through the entire process. Mark and his team walked through every fixture and asked questions - he wanted to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted before installing. Mark and his team seem to be able to that in person, through pictures or through video call. The quality of Ace’s work is excellent. The fixtures all look beautiful but also like they have always been there. No detail too small to escape their notice. In addition, while working efficiently, they are never in a “rush”. They took the time to pause and answer any and all questions. They worked hard and efficiently while never dropping their high standards for the work they deliver. Mark stayed in touch with me during the install to the extent that I wanted. On top of all of that - Ace delivers white glove service - tarps and taping for more messy installs, complete clean up and a thorough walk through to make sure that I knew each fixture worked and to check in that I was happy with the placement - he readily and happily made the slightest adjustments to arm angles on a chandelier, saying he wanted it to be “just right” for me. When Mark and his team left, there wasn’t a speck of dust or debris to show they had been there. Only beautiful light fixtures. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences with Ace Electrical / Mark. And I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quote, simple fixture swaps to extensive electrical work. They can do it all.

Mark did an excellent job on some electrical work we had remaining on our new home. He was very professional, friendly and prompt for the two appointments we had. The work he did was high quality and done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend him.
