We had an old home and a few extra touches were needed. The man from Ace was an expert in problem solving and our new doors are beautiful!

Ace was very quick in replying to us and scheduling an appointment for the next day. Tech Levi was courteous and took his time explaining our options between repairing or replacing the unit.

On the advice of a friend, we called Ace for a quote for a new garage door. The owner was very prompt. He didn't try to upsell us with a more expensive door. He did recommend a particular color, which we were very pleased with once it was installed. His installer showed up on July 4th. He got the job done in a couple of hours. Overall, a very positive experience. <br />

The owner/operator came to inspect our door within 48 hours of my call (this was not an emergency). He explained that a repair would cost $300, while a complete replacement with a hurricane-proof door and all hardware was $1,050 firm. My husband and I conferred and asked to let him know that night. When we called back to request the new door, Ace booked us at their first available time, which was in 2 business days. <br /> The servicemen showed up on time, were friendly and polite, quiet (well, as quiet as they could be), worked quickly and left us after 2 hours with a perfectly functioning door. <br /> We looked at replacing the door ourselves, but even a glance at the retail price of a garage door at Home Depot reassured us that we were getting a fantastic deal. <br /> HIGHLY recommended! <br />

Overall, the service was performed in a timely manner and the company was totally professional and honest. I would definitely use their services again. <br />

On Sunday evening, February 22nd our garage door opener failed to function. Our attempts to rectify this problem failed. Monday morning, 2/23 Ace Garage Door was contacted and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. After about 15 minutes he had discovered a blown fuse in a circuit board within the motor housing assembly. He then departed and returned soon after with a replacement fuse, which was installed to correct the problem. The technician was courteous, efficient and the cost was very reasonable.

HE WAS VERY RELIABLE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS FAIRLY PRICED. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE. HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE DID THE JOB AND LEFT.

THEY WERE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY TO ANYBODY. I DID CHECK AROUND A LITTLE. I'VE USED THEM BEFORE AND ALWAYS HAVE HAD VERY GOOD LUCK WITH THEM.
