As we explained to you earlier, the Craftsman app we utilize to process payments did not function properly, which is beyond our control, and your funds were returned to you by the credit card processer in less than 12 hours, We learned of this before you were even aware of the duplicate charge, and we apologized to you at that time. I do note that you were said you satisfied with the work performed by our Craftsman, so I'm sorry you felt the need to disregard his work and focus on a phone app error.
