On both occasions , we could not have been more pleased with the work ethic of the craftsmen . They came when promised, and stayed until both jobs were done completely . We have only lived here for 6 weeks , and we were thrilled to have two such wonderful experiences. We moved from another state , so we were a little hesitant , but what a great experience we have had with this company ! . The fence has gotten many compliments from the neighbors?. The front door turned out to have an issue with termites , and the craftsmen rebuilt our door frame on top of installing the door. We will definitely be using this company again . The craftsmen could not have been more helpful and polite .

Initially an appraiser, Terrance, was sent out to assess my existing deck and give me an appraisal for replacement. I was very pleased with his courteous, friendly and professional attitude. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This to me is important. Although I wasn't yet a customer, he treated me as if I was a customer and was eager to take this to the next level. I was sold before I received my official estimate. The estimate I received was far less than I expected. ( I had gotten an estimate from another company earlier which was outrageous although I have been a customer of theirs for many years) And in addition to the estimate that I received, I got very generous Military discount. Something I had NEVER gotten from the other company. The work was scheduled, the handymen was on time and the work was completed by that evening, I couldn't ask for better service than I got from Terrance and Terrell. MAGNIFICENT !!!! and the deck is a work of art. Because of the work they performed, my wife and I decided to extend our deck with composite material which is scheduled Nov 9th. I know I'll get the same friendly, courteous and professional work as I did before. I give ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES a strong five star rating and even that doesn't seem to be enough. I would also like to commend their operator for her professionalism and also Ms.Lesa Anderson for her obvious desire to go far and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. I would and will recommend this company to my friends and anyone else looking for home improvement services.
