They did a good job. They spent a lot of time to make sure that it was done properly.

Well replaced a part Cost over $450.00 I priced the part at Amazon $19.00. The service man left the drain unattached damaged my garage cleaning. Took them about 4 months to fix!

La Darian was terrific. He came to inspect the plumbing and discovered that the house needed a water pressure reducing valve due to high pressure. In addition, the water heater was nearing its end of life. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He worked within my time frame on consecutive days. He was on time, worked steady and completed the job in an efficient manner. He was easy to talk with and informed me each step of the way of the process. He presented me with choices when it came to purchasing my needed products. I want La Darian to work on any plumbing needs I may have in the future. He is a top notch professional.

In my experience with ACE, I found them to be: unprofessional, dishonorable, lying, rude, disrespectful, unethical, offensive, dishonest and exceptionally un-business like. 2016 Had ACE AC service for a few years in Cave Creek, AZ and was happy with them. Happy enough that we purchased a new AC unit from them and they installed and all went well. Our new AC even came with a written warranty from ACE that said it was completely transferrable to any new owners. That was one of the factors used in our buying decision. When selling our house a few years later (2016) we committed to the buyers in the purchase agreement that the AC came with a written warranty from ACE. We followed the transfer instructions on the ACE warranty certificate which included contacting ACE with the name of the new owner. Upon doing so, ACE said the warranty does not transfer and said we had to contact the manufacturer. I dealt with a company manager who was aggressively rude and obnoxious and argued repeatedly that ACE had no obligation to us and that we need to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said ACE is responsible for their warranty obligation to us. After much more arguing with the rude ACE management, they finally agreed to transfer the warranty for us. A terrible experience and we were shocked the way they treated long term customers. 2017 Just recently I had another jaw-dropping experience with them concerning a prepaid maintenance agreement at another property. In Tucson, I purchased a 3-year prepaid annual maintenance program for my AC/heat system for $435. I used 2 of the 3 annual service calls. On the second service call the dude spent a lot of time taking readings and measurements using some serious looking electronic device. He tried hard to sell me a new ACV unit using these whacky numbers as a justification and trying to scare me that my AC was going to quit soon. He spent more time messing with, and talking about, these obscure numbers than he did servicing my unit. Very high-pressure sales tactic! Over a year later, (AC working fine) when I called to schedule my 3rd and final prepaid service they told me they would have to wait for their Tucson license to be renewed and they would call me back in less than 2 weeks to schedule my service. Sounded fishy and of course, they never called back within 2 or even 3 weeks. Finally, I called them and they said they no longer service Tucson. I asked for a refund for the 1 year of pre-paid service I'm not getting. They argued that I don’t get anything back. I pressed for a refund, but they still argued and said, they “don't do that and maybe I could find a Tucson company that would honor the pre-paid maintenance agreement.” What?! After arguing back and forth about my refund, the rep finally said she'd “have to talk to management” and would call right back. She called back later and claimed they would send a check for the unused year ($145) after all. They finally sent the check but a week later than promised. I highly recommend that you do not trust them to do what they say they’ll do. Save yourself time, money and frustration - and go with another company.

On July 27th we had Ace Home Services come out to a rental house we own to service the air conditioner. The tech said the system needed to be cleaned and a leak fixed. We paid them $1248.68 to service the unit and provided a 3 year maintenance service agreement. Just two weeks later they had to come out because the unit still wasn't working correctly. The 2nd tech said the 1st tech added too much coolant (which we were charged extra for this extra coolant). The home was unoccupied from the time ACE first serviced the unit until we had renters move in on October 1st. The renters immediately began having issues with the unit. We called ACE on Oct 11th but they didn't come out until the 12th despite service guarantees in our maintenance plan for same day service. The technician came out and claimed the system was a total loss and had mold. He tried to sell us a new system for over $10,000. Our existing system was only 4 years old and ACE had already recently serviced it and claimed it was in good working order. We discussed this price given by ACE and it was over twice what 3 other AC companies would charge for the same system. We declined the new system by phone with the technician. The technician then told our renters (who were not their clients or the responsible party) that there was mold in the system that was definitely endangering their health. He recommended that they seek medical treatment and find a lawyer. He also told them that we were refusing to fix the unit or replace it and we were neglecting our renters. We immediately called another AC company to evaluate the unit. The other AC service company determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced and was under warranty by Trane since the unit was only 4 years old. The other company also determined that there was not any mold in the system. The system was dirty because ACE did not clean it properly (even though they were paid to do so). The ACE technician falsely identified this dirt as mold. The other AC company got the system cleaned and repaired for $330. ACE lied to us and the renters and tried to defraud us into purchasing a system we didn't need at an exorbitant rate. When their sales proposal was turned down they tried to convince our renters to seek unnecessary medical attention and take legal action against us.

Ace had installed an A/C unit for me about 7-8 years ago and that was the unit that broke down. The good: The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in helping me get this covered by my home warranty company. The bad: 1) Tech showed up 5 to 6 hours later than originally scheduled. I don't have a problem with that but needed to put a bad grade on it. 2) The office was difficult to work with in getting their cooperation in working with my home warranty company. Their policy is that they do not work with home warranty companies. Eventually they were cooperative given that I was paying for the services and that my home warranty company would reimburse me. 3) The pricing was outrageous in my opinion. I paid $950 for 2 capacitors, a spliced wire and about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor. I understand there is a bunch of overhead cost and labor costs, however, $950 seems to be excessively high. Fortunately my home warranty company covered this cost. In summary, I was mostly disappointed in the high cost given that I was a previous customer. I was also disappointed with the difficulty I had in getting them to cooperate with my home warranty company when there was no risk of financial payment to Ace. I will not use Ace for any of my homes in the future.

I have a contract. I pay for that when I have something fixed. I did find someone that was cheaper but that was after the fact. They came out right away. He was a little late maybe 10 or 15 minutes. I may shop around for a lower price. I would recommend them but I would shop around.

Plumber was professional and did a good job replacing the defective part in the toilet with a new part. I thought the price for the repair was too high for a simple repair that took less than 20 minutes.

We still use them.  It wasn't a perfect installation; we ended up having a leak and some water damage, but they covered it.  They did respond pretty well to the problem; their response was good.  Even though we ran into a problem, their responsiveness was good enough that I continue to use them.  They're very nice and I use them once a year.

Excellent work by an efficient and profession plumber. Bought the tap install through Angie list but was informed upon arrival that changing the turn offs was not included even though I had the taps and all the valves and lines. The up charge was another 120.00 to change valves and lines along with the taps. The outside hose tap cost another 80.00 to change out with me supplying the new tap. The plumber arrived and completed all the work in 45 minutes plus another 15 minutes for paperwork. Including the price I paid to Angie's List, this one hour job ended up costing over 250.00 for 1 hour labour as I supplied all the plumbing parts. The work was well done, but 250.00 an hour for a plumber is outrageous. Would not recommend them for this reason. Buyer beware that adding on extra work on an Angie list price is very expensive.

He did a good job but had a bad attitude, I don't know if he was just having a bad day or is always that way. But he definitely wasn't very happy about something . I had used them before and even asked for the previous guy because he was so friendly and helpful, but he was no longer with the company.

The faucet was installed easily and competently, and the faucet is performing perfectly. The new shut-off values are leak-free and are performing perfectly also. The plumber was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Doing business with this company was a pleasure!
