I've used this person many times with excellent results every time. He is a very fast worker and brings all the right tools to get the job done.

Steve from Ace Maintenance removed the old gutter guards and cleaned the debris from the gutters which had been there for many years. He was prompt and did an excellent job. In one section of the house, the roof shingles sat atop the gutter guards and he could not remove them on a cold day as the shingles might break. So, he came back a few days later and completed the job.

Perfection! They called when they were on their way, they were neat, professional, did a GREAT JOB for a great price!! Highly recommend them!

They did a good job. They were prompt, and they were accurate. They did a better job than whoever did it before. The price was good, too. They responded to everything I asked about it and did a good job. They were good.

The price was very reasonable and the company was reasonable easy to schedule. The quality of the job was very poor. A team of three guys showed up with ladders and blowers and basically blasted everything that could me moved with air. No water in the process at all, pretty much all the baked on dirt is still there. To top it off, they blew a ton of dirt and leaves onto one of my porches the day before Thanksgiving and just left it without cleaning up. To their credit they did send a crew back to clean it up when i complained. Overall a very unsatisfying experience and i would never use the company again.

I don't have a lot of gutters but they're quite high, and placing the ladder in the back is complicated. The downspouts were completely clogged. They came the day after I called (wow!) and were able to quote me a cost and do the work immediately, saving the hassle of setting up an additional time. They left the site clean and neat.

Ace Maintenance was terrific! I highly recommend them for cleaning tasks. They were prompt, efficient, and extremely professional. I will most certainly be using them again. If you need windows cleaned, Rob from Ace Maintenance is definitely the one to call, no doubt about it!

This was our second time using Ace and they did an awesome job, just like the first time. Rob is very trustworthy and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Ace and am sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Nice people who work efficiently. The windows came out great.  I would have liked to see some sort of cleaning for the screen on the slider but I guess they just stick to the windows.  Somewhat messy service in that a wet rag was left on the window sill in the den and a bottle of spray cleaner was left on the vanity in the bedroom.  It was this lack of attention to these details that brought their grade down to a B on quality and professionalism. Nonetheless,  I was pleased with the work and will call them again. <br />

They did an excellent job. I have an old house with the original wood framed windows with multiple panes. While I love the look and feel of them they are very challenging to clean. It turned out that some of the screens and storm windows had been put in incorrectly (probably from some previous washing or painting) and this was quickly resolved. <br /> Overall the work was done very professionally and I couldn't be happier. I have already recommended Ace to a number of friends and am happy to provide a reference. <br />

Excellent! Rob was really responsive and they showed up on time. I called them and they came out the next day which was a Saturday. I thought they were very good.

Robert was very punctual when he showed up to give us an estimate and actually climbed on his ladder to peek into and assess the second floor gutters. He gave us a fair estimate to clean the gutters and repair some minor damage from birds that built a nest.  <br /> He came a few days ago to give us the estimate and he scheduled a day to come this week to do the work. <br /> We were impressed with his professionalism from the beginning. He was prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and well prepared. He and another worker cleaned all of the gutters which may not have been serviced since the roof was put on around 7 years ago. They moved and replaced gutter guards and ensured the gutters were thoroughly cleaned.  <br /> We are highly satisfied with the work done and plan to be using them again in the future! <br />

These guys did a fantastic job.  They were very thorough and professional - I plan to have them back next year to do the windows again (we do not power wash the house every year).  We have had various people do this in the past but Ace Maintenance was by far the best.  *Highly* recommended. <br />

They were prompt and did a very good job.  They also power-washed chairs I had out back at no extra charge which was nice.  They took care not to bother my plants.

Robert did a great job. Even though it was cold out, he insisted on washing the outside of the windows - I had suggested he only do inside because of the cold. He was a pleasure to have around and my windows sparkle. Recommend him highly. <br />

Great!  Had to move the date a couple of times due to new roof/gutter going in and they were extremely corporative with scheduling. This is the first time we had pressure washing done and couldn't be more satisfied!  Everything looks great, they were on time and everything was cleaned up.  Place looks new! Great job! <br />
