Ace Plumbing LLC

None of the work listed above was completed. We tried calling them several times to make it right. They never called us back. On my Google review, they claimed that they tried to resolve it but were under no obligation to communicate this information to us since we "were not the ones that hired them." The thing is, we were the ones that hired them. We were the ones that paid them and we are the owners of the property. They were under the assumption that my realtor hired them. On top of that, they accused us of threatening them. Which we have never done. We would not recommend this company anyone!

I am the home owner, went on Angies list Ace was the first person to contact me. I received a call from a very pleasant Trina who explained that they could come check on my tank less same day. Music to my ears :-) I was not there because my home is rented out, I have a management company that handles my home. We were very pleased with the work done and the timely fashion it was executed. I would definitely recommend Ace Plumbing and I will use them again for all my plumbing concerns.

I can't wait enough good about this company! They came on time with a highly professional crew. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The work was performed extremely well for a fair price. There were some complications because of some quirks in my house and they were extremely tenacious in making my requests work despite the difficulties. I think many other companies would have said it couldn't be done and just walked...but they stayed as long as it took to get it done and done right. Highly recommend!

I was contacted within an hour of my inquiry on Angie's List. they provided me with a rough estimate over the phone on the scope of work I outlined. Scheduled an appointment within 2 days. Followed up to remind me of the appointment and Justin arrived on time to perform the services. He reviewed the work that needed to be completed, outlined what he would be doing exactly and confirmed the cost. He completed the tasks the same day and was very thoughtful about working in the home. He completely cleaned up after his tasks and I could not have been happier. I will use this company again!

I had some difficulty getting a plumber to come out as the temperature had been very low and people had had frozen pipes, so I had to wait a few days before I could get anyone to come out. Home Advisor had recommended Ace Plumbing LLC, so I called them. The owner came out to look at the job and give me an estimate. I also had another company give me an estimate, and it was twice as high as the one given by Ace. Heath came out to do the work with the owner's son assisting. It was discovered that the sink in the bathroom was rusted, so they went to get the one we decided on from the internet website. They installed that and both faucets in a reasonable amount of time. Both men were very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job. I will certainly hire them again the next time I have a plumbing issue due to their great work as well as the very reasonable price I was charged. I would not hesitate at all in recommending them to others.
