Ace Repair Plumbing sent Doug out to look at my old water heater that had begun leaking. I was given a thorough explanation of what was needed to replace the water heater and bring everything up to code. The cost and time to complete the work was close to the estimates and the quality of work was exceptional.

Ace responded the next day.. called me with the problem and the price to fix and got it done. The appointment was supposed to be after 11, but luckily my tenant was home at about 8:30 and Doug got the job done quickly.

Ryan came in and did an excellent job unstopping toilet and repairing the inner workings of the toilet tank. We also asked him to look at our hot water heaters. He told us that one of the two was completely not working and gave us a couple options to replace one or both and went over the costs and details. Will defiantly use them again.

Ace got Doug out that day. He contacted me with the problem and the price after trouble shooting and finding the problem. He fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner.

I had difficulty finding a plumber who could get to me same day until I found this one. They sent someone right over and within a couple of hours from the time I contacted them my problem was resolved. Saved the day!

I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. When Doug finished the job he thoroughly explained how the new water heat works and how the new plumbing system works. Doug was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this company again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future.

Called and they were able to come out same day. Plumber was here on time and found the leak quickly. Had to replace a section of pipe and fitting. Tested for leaks and did job quickly.

replaced 2 shower valves

I have actually used them several times and was pleased until now. I had them out last week to fix a water leak under the house. Guy OBVIOUSLY did not know what he was doing. Even claimed the water heater we had Ace install was "not piping we use. No way we put that in". When he left, $550 later, the water was not leaking. Then last night, we here water leaking again, SAME AREA. Called them back out. Different guy who says that the whole area needs to be re-piped or we will continue to have leaks. That will be $650 to fix. WTH!!! Husband calls office and Mark states he will go down to $500. I called and talked to Mark to ask why the guy last week didn't tell me it all needed to be replaced. He says the guy was not trying to bump up the price. REALLY?!?! Cause now I am out over $1k to fix something that should have been "completely replaced" last week! Mark basically tells me that he will not come down from the $500 and that he can have his guy leave now without fixing. So what should have been PROPERLY fixed last week and would have cost me approx$700 is now costing me $1050 because they didn't want to hike the price one me! I just referred them to two different people last week. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I feel like they should have honored their work and fixed it correctly the first time! I will NEVER recommend them again!

Doug took the time to explain the troubleshooting process and offered me option a and b to try and limit the expense. I really appreciated his effort

Ryan was Johnny on the spot. They bent over backwards to make their schedule work with mine. Ryan immediately found the leak and knocked it out super fast. We couldn’t be happier.

Great job. Ready to come the day I phoned. Arrived on time and was vey professional. A little expensive but worth it in our opinion.

Very legalistic. Way too expensive for 3 hrs work. Better read that workorder carefully not that you can understand what it says though as it's abreviated and cryptic. I needed joints moved etc. sweated as I orginally explained. That wasn't in the bid as it turns out. Not like $850 wasn't enough for 2 hrs work to install the tub and walk away on what I really needed done. At that point my spout was sitting where I'd have to cut INTO the tub to poke it through??? . Tells me to buy whatever brand I want then want then adds an valve installation charge. So another $175 to get what I originally wanted. I had told him I was concerned about it being properly leveled. He said it was yet admitted his level wasn't working properly? Okay? So now I'm waiting for him to come back because the valve is not mounted out far enough. Per the workorder I got a tub install, CPE lift & turn, & a lift turn with overflow??? I have no idea what that is yet in the end this guy shows me the workorder as evidence I owe more money. If one is going to be very legalistic regarding what's written on a workorder then the workorder should be written describing all work to be performed for the CUSTOMER in detail!!! Not a half dozen cryptic words and acronyms of which the customer has not idea of their meaning. I'm highly disappointed in the manner in which this company does business.

He saw the job and went right to work. This was the third time I’ve called ace plumbing each time they work quickly and solve the issue. I call them back each time for their efficiency and they do great work.

Installation was quick, and well done. Plumber conducted a post installation review and asked me multiple times if I had any questions. Very courteous.
