We are here to accomplish your dreams, or help you design them. We take pride in our experience and execution of your project. We have over 16 years of experience and opened Ace Restoration and Construction in 2017. We opened with the intension to give the customer a different experience in renovating their homes. Whether we are doing a kitchen remodel or an entire gut renovation, we strive for a positive experience so we can be your family contractors for all future projects. We specialize in everything residential, interior and exterior down to new pool build. We love what we do and it shows in our work.

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Cheree and her team worked fast and efficient. They turned a 50 year old house into something brand new, with full remodels on our kitchen and 3 bathrooms, as well as all new lighting, wiring, plumbing, paint, trim, floors and ceilings throughout every party of the house in only a few months! And because the house is this old, things have settled since all that major work, and Cheree has been there any time something required a follow up

I got a full house remodel done by Ace Restoration & Construction Inc. Flooring throughout, painting, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. It was a big job that I was worried about. However, Ace Restoration & Construction Inc. made it such a breeze! Everything came out better than I couldn?t imagined!

Kitchen - Remodel
We hired Ace Restoration and Construction Inc to do our kitchen remodel. My kitchen was so outdated. I had an idea of what I wanted but was also unsure of some of the things needing to be done. They helped us through the whole process. It was so fun to design it together and then watch it all come to life! If you?re going to do work on your house I for sure would recommend Ace Restoration and Construction!

Back neighbor fence was horrible and unfortunately they were renters. We added on these vinyl fencing to our home and she did an amazing job. Very detailed and told us we should do concrete for the post so it’ll hold better. Highly recommended. Thanks Cheree for everything.

We had ACE Construction out to completely remodel our bathrooms in our 1909 farmhouse. We tore down walls and moved everything around because we didn’t like how the bathrooms were originally set up. They helped design the layout and helped pick materials. It was an amazing experience. All the workers showed up when they said they would and were very respectful. I would definitely use ACE on our next project and recommend to everyone!

So grateful to Cheree for making my vision come to life! Started with only our kitchen but was able to make room in our budget to add two bathroom remodels! She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to making everything I wanted in our space happen. I’m very happy with my decision to use Ace Restoration! I was nervous in the beginning because of all the lame contractors who don’t really care and the bad stories. I did not stress and communication between myself and the owner was clear and honest. Attention to detail was exceptional! I will use Ace again for all my home contracting work!! Highly recommend!

It went very well. The contractor was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She oversaw everything very well and communicated with me regularly. The work was completed on time, even a bit early. The house looked very beautiful and updated after the work was completed.
