I highly recommend this tree service. I will definitely use this tree service again. They were very punctual, professional, courteous, and skillful. There pricing was very reasonable. They very carefully and skillfully lifted our tree limb from our neighbor's roof with a boom truck along with rope rigging from our tree, without causing any more damage. They very skillfully removed a large long tree limb that was overhanging our house.They did a great job and also did a great job of cleaning up. Great crew!

JW was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote for the removal of a dead evergreen. He came within a few days and did the work on this tree. We discussed the work needed on the large maple tree. He worked with me on dates to have the work done. His team did a good job on the tree, was careful not to hit the house with any of the branches as they were removed. Did a good clean up job. I especially liked that they used a bucket truck to get to the high branches instead of climbing the tree with spikes. I would hire this company again with no hesitation.

Called to get an estimate and he came out that day looked at what all I needed done. I gave him a call back a few days later say we would like to go with his services. He told me it would be a week before he could be out to complete the job. About a week later, I received a call a 8 am saying he would be out that day to trim the tree and cut down the 2 bushed. He said that he could not grind the stump because the ground was to wet and would be back once the ground was not as damp. He then came back about two weeks later (it rained and snowed a few times) and grinded the stump down to finish the job. Again, he called right before he showed up. I have no complaints on the time frame because of the weather and I was in no hurry. Jay and his staff did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would definitely hire them again.

They were professional, had really good equipment. The wife asked for a slab out of the big oak and they were more than accommodating and removed a lilac bush taken over by poison ivy. Would recommend, very reasonable price compared to other bids I got.

Ace Tree Service was asked to cut down the tree and do the stump grinding within a week. Their crew showed up the next working day, and in record time the work was done and the yard, driveway and the street was cleaned spotless. The next day the crew with the stump grinder was there and the work was completed. These crews were very courteous and skilled at their jobs. Their prices were the lowest quotes we received for the work. I would recommend Ace Tree Service to anyone, including my own Mother.

There was a 4 man crew. When they got started, they didn't stop until everything was trimmed and totally cleaned up.

Service was very prompt for first inspection and scheduling of removal. I was amazed at the speed of removal and the care taken to clean up all tree clutter. We had to reschedule stump grinding due to weather but it was done within a week and the job completed. I would hire them again if I ever needed another tree removed. These folks are very professional.

This is the second time I used Ace Tree Service. Very professional service! Highly recommend their services. Crew is very professional and they do an exceptional job in cleaning the area when finished. Price is "very fair" for the work performed. If needed in the future, I will definitely use their services again. Extremely pleased! Communication before and while the work was being completed was excellent.

Called JW on a Saturday and he came out that same day and gave me an estimate, then came back 2 weeks later and cut down my dead tree. They cut the old tree into firewood blocks for me, cleaned up the brush and hauled it away just like he promised. Good job, at a third of cost of another company. <br>

To put it mildly, I was impressed. Others had a separate substantial charge for grinding the stumps of trees so we could plant grass, and we had several that we needed that done. It was all part of JW?s basic charge. <br /> The work was done on time and on budget. And, they tidied up - blew away the scrap, chipped the small branches, didn?t leave ruts in our yard.  <br /> Also important, great communication - text, cell phone, email - no surprises. <br />

Ace Tree Service came out and promptly removed the damaged tree limb, cleaned up the area around the tree after removal and disposed of the damaged tree limb. <br />

We have used Ace Tree in the past and have been pleased with the service. My husband kept their card and we called when two trees did not come back after last winter. We moved into a new house and the builder tried to conserve some trees in our yard, but two did not survive. There also was a locust tree with tons of thorns in our fence line that kept dropping thorns in our yard. They removed that also. <br /> We heard of Ace through my parents, who used to live near Jay, the owner. My husband called Jay's cell phone after hours to talk to him about our trees and he was polite and courteous (I kept telling my husband to call him during business hours). He came the day he said and gave us a reasonable estimate and we scheduled the tree removal with him. The trees were removed and the yard was cleared of debris. Jay told my husband he would come back and dig out the stump at a later time and that has not happened. We have not called about it either. Overall we were pleased with the service. <br />

I Was very impressed with this company over all. They weren't as prompt as i would have liked.But other than that they were great. The price was good, they cleaned up all the brush and hauled it away. I really couldn't have gotten anyone better. <br />

Our next-door neighbors had contracted ACE to remove a dead pine tree that was close to the property line. We had one just on our side of the property line that was not fairing very well either, so we opted to have it removed at the same time. We were not here when the work was done, but whoever was up in the tree and cut the top section off cut it too long and it did a tremendous amount of damage to our maple tree, shearing off several limbs on the way down. We got home to find what was a beautiful tree that was half what it was when we left. They did clean up the branches so there were no splintered or broken limbs left on the tree and they tried to even it up. The neighbors told us what happened, but JW never called us proactively to apologize or explain what happened. When I called him, he did answer, apologized and said he would replace the tree if it did die as a result of the damage. I guess lucky for him and unlucky for us, the tree was knocked down in a windstorm this year so it's gone now. <br /> Regarding the work that was done to remove the pine tree, it was done very well. You couldn't even tell that two trees had ever been there. The stumps were ground out thoroughly, everything cleaned up, and the holes filled in with soil to a finished grade. All we had to do was put in grass seed. I know that "stuff" happens and this was a case where that "stuff" happened to us with regard to the damage to our other tree.  I wish that JW would have been more proactive and accepting of the responsibility for the damage that his crew caused, but that wouldn't stop us from using ACE again. The work that we paid to have done was done very well. I just can't give ACE all "A" ratings because of the damage and follow-up. <br />
