I’m so impressed with John and his team. my father worked at our hometown water department and I was raised to believe that good quality water is essential to good health. Carolina Beach has an old infrastructure and a distinct egg for smell while the water is OK to drink it doesn’t smell appealing and this bothered me for my guests. in our Airbnb. Team gave us several options and followed us through the process for at least three months to help us understand how the system works, how to maintain the system, and maximize the life out of this investment. With every project there’s a bumper and we had that but it was not due to John or his team rather Carolina Beach’s water. I’m confident with the softener total house water filtration system and the under sink RO system we are now providing a better quality water as best possible in this area. I couldn’t be more pleased during a process that I was not familiar with, not sure what I needed, but knew we needed to do something. I highly recommend this company.

John and his crew were very attentive and took care of all the work professionally. He followed up until the final inspection was completed and kept me informed of the entire process

Plumber added 2 tankless water heaters to a geothermal systems at this location. He did a very nice and neat job. We are discussing other plumbing work with him.

The project turned out very well. The bathroom looks great. Contractor was did exactly what he said he would do.
