Stay away from Acme. They installed our drain field less than two years ago in a new build. We started having constant issues at the 1 year mark. After they refused to do anything my husband dug up the main line from the septic to the drain field which showed the pipe was bowed, not draining correctly and leaking at the tank. They did come at that point and fixed it after we dug it up on our own to prove something was wrong. We still continued to have constant issues. After several attempts to get the owner to call us and come out for himself, which he has failed to do so, the company basically pointed fingers at everyone else and washed their hands of us. We are now in the process of replacing the entire system out of our own pocket. Once we dug up the drain field we found hard pan and old root systems stopping the system from draining. And the drain field was put in the wrong spot according to the site plan. But they aren’t taking any actions to rectify these issues or assist us in fixing their mistakes. I would highly suggest staying away from this company!

Great - Price was reasonable and service prompt

Jeff the ACME tech came to the house to pump out our septic tank. After discovering that the previous owners had built the patio over a majority of the tank, Jeff and his assistant went well above what I expected and found a way to access the tank. Especially after telling them I have a 6 day old new born and haven't been able to wash clothes or bathe him for the last 3 days. Jeff also gave me a few options on better access for the next pump out. I am extremely satisfied with the work they performed and will continue to use them for any future services.

Tech broke one of the lids and blamed previous septic company

I resolution was zero. We ended up going with another company and will never use Acme or recommend. We know use Brownies! Very pleased with their service!!!

Very well. Prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. They provided information and explained things which no other vendor did. Very timely response. Made the permitting process very easy. Pricing was most reasonable estimate that we received.

I was a little surprised that the guy didn't mention the grove trees that were immediately adjacent to the leaks filled which ended up being problematic or potentially problematic. I'm going to give him less than the perfect score because he didn't point that out to me. I thought it was a reasonable price. They never mentioned the tree roots. They were Johnny on the spot. They lived up to my expectations.

Called company and was given a 2 hour window of when they would arrive and they called 30 minutes prior to arrival.  The service guy was very nice and emptied tank and cleaned up and covered tank back up.  I will definitely use ACME from now on.  The last  company that we used several years ago tried to sell me all kinds of services and tried to convince us that we had major drain field issues. This company did none of that, he just pumped it out and had me flush toilets just to make sure all was emptying properly and then he cleaned up.   Honest, very good service and for a good price!! <br />
