All went well, I'm very proud of the work they did. I got 5 estimates and they by far beat the prices of other companies and was able to start the next day. I highly recommend them to everyone. My whole church knows about them now. May God bless these boys and their business.

Simply fantastic. They didn't sit around and take a bunch of breaks like many other plumbers that I have dealt with do. They are quick, and in-and-out of your house in no time. Would definitely hire again!

Let’s just say it was bad from the start and that should have been an indicator. Now the initial problems were not the plumber’s fault. We had trouble getting the correct size for the shower pan. Come to find out that size was not made and it had to be a custom shower pan. After I ordered the shower pan everything went downhill from there. They did not install the custom shower pan in the demission’s that we had discussed and made changes on the fly without discussing them with us. When questioned they stated that it would not have lined up with the wall but it would have lined up in the dimensions that I wanted them too if they had put it in the way we had discussed. This was problem 1. Problem 2. They tracked mortar throughout our house and onto our newly installed floors. We went and bought paper to put down after we cleaned up the mortar that they tracked through the house. We also had to clean up the bathroom after they had gone for the day. They also put trash into the tub where I had paint brushes soaking. Problem 3. which is why we decided to let them go was -The tile they installed was crooked and the mortar that they used was not for a shower install. They didn’t slick the seams to waterproof them. They didn’t use the waterproof vein that I supplied nor the brush on. The shower head that I had him to put in the ceiling was not centered. This was not acceptable. It may be acceptable in some places but due to the climate here in Alabama mortar should be used. Needless to say, after a week the mortar was still wet and I was able to remove most of it and the tile they had installed over the two-week period. The main reason we fired them was due to the tiles being crooked and the materials they were using were not acceptable. However, since we had already paid 2/3rds of the total price we decided to give them another chance and informed them that we would like them to give us a schedule and to use the materials provided. We also asked when they can be available to do the job and complete it. They said they would give us a call in a week to confirm a schedule. Well it’s going onto the second week and we sent them several text messages to inform us either way what was their decision. They did not respond. After reaching out to other plumbers to complete the job they contacted us under a different company name and offered to send out a worker as if we were a new project. In the correspondence, he admitted he was not good at laying tile.

They responded very quickly to my inquiry. Acme plumbers showed up late but on the same day without parts and went to Lowes to obtain parts. Repair was unsuccessful and they said they they would return next morning. Did not show up and I called the company. Company owner answered the call and came to house (with parts and tools) that same day. He quickly repaired the water main leak and we were happy campers. Acme Owner was very skilled and professional. I would recommend Acme, but I was disappointed with their first plumbing crew.

Very fast to respond and great communications. They showed up on time and got straight to work. Repairs were all completed in an hour and the bill was very reasonable. Work was well done and we are very happy with the results.

It took some doing they where patient and made sure everything was working properly and where on time.

We had one hiccup but they came right out to make it right. This was not any problem with the actual plumbing but with where a pipe came into my house and we had to patch the wall a bit better. Pleasant to work with and honest. The fee for the job was reasonable.

I was extremely satisfied with the plumber (Joey). He responded within minutes of submitting my request and came first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and very honest. I will be calling on him again when I need more plumbing repairs in the future. I highly recommend to anyone else as well.
