At first, I was very disappointed and frustrated because no one showed up or called to say they were running late for my scheduled appointment. I had taken time off from work to be home for my appointment, and now all was for not. I had to call the office again to reschedule another appointment, which required my taking additional time off from work for the second time. For my second appointment, the workman did call to say he was running late; however, he eventually did show up. He didn't have the required supplies needed for my job, so once again, I had to take more time off for a third appointment. At that time, the job was finally completed; however, I was charged for two visits...one extra visit which I feel I should not have had to pay for since the company didn't show up for the first visit and they weren't equipped to finish the job on the second appointment. I was pleased with the service provided by the workman, but not the supply situation nor initial appointment failure.

"HomeAdvisor Administrator, This Customer must have me confused with some other company. Please correct the problem ASAP. 1)This Homeowner is in Cibolo, HomeAdvisor has not sent me a lead from the town of Cibolo, Since I sign up on September 23, 2020. Please look through Your records to verify. 2) The date for this is April 2, 2007 13 years before I joined Home Advisor. 3) My company Does not charge for extra visits to the customers house, Once we give a price it does not change no matter how many trips it take to complete the work. Thank you, to the HomeAdvisor Person that gets this problem corrected as soon as Possible. Phillip Fields."
