Ive dealt with a couple contractors before for other projects and by far Kevin was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor. His transparency for everything really made me feel trust in him. He gave me frequent updates, and any hiccup that ever occurred I was notified immediately and was thoroughly explained a resolution. Most other contractors I spoke with just try to upsell me on complete bullshit! Kevin actually takes the time to explain and patiently repeats himself when I don't understand something. It's really been a pleasure to hire such a wonderful person and it's a relief to know that any project I need done in the future, I know exactly who to call. Thank you Kevin!

Our backyard needed a lot of work. We had an old rotting deck that was no longer safe. We hired ACO Capital for the entire project. Removal of old deck, pouring a new concrete pad for AC compressor, concrete walkway and extending the existing steps. We recommend Kevin and his team for any backyard or concrete work.

ACO performed my small project flawlessly. They did exactly as I asked efficiently and quickly. I highly recommend these folks for any concrete work.

I do NOT recommend! Father, Timothy Acosta, & son, Kevin Acosta has no integrity! Hired them to replace a driveway/sidewalk damaged from erosion. Kevin came out to look at the work to be done & gave me a quote to replace the driveway, sidewalk, add underground pipes for taking water from my downspouts away from the house & add a berm. They discussed in detail how they would complete the project, but once the project started, there was nothing but complaints that the concrete they had to remove was thicker than expected & was damaging their equipment. They broke an underground line, didn?t show up for weeks at a time & when they did, most times it?s late afternoon for about 2 hrs. They tried to avoid hauling away the old concrete debris, added no clay for backfilling (I paid for this), placed no support for pieces of rebars they laid before pouring concrete, & did as much to mess up the lawn, leaving the concrete debris there for weeks. Very messy & unsatisfactory finished product!

This project was a success. I wanted to enlarge my current driveway and replace/repair another portion of the driveway. ACO (Kevin) did a great job of accomplishing this stated goal at a fair price.

Kevin oversaw the project & continuously kept in touch to update me on progress. The attention to detail was appreciated, & the finished work has been complimented by our HOA. Would definitely hire again.
